Amazing house and amazing stay in NOLA. I really appreciated the small touches, such as the labeled light switches, drawers, etc. It made everything so easy. I also appreciated the great backyard and the easy street parking.

Great place for the short time I stayed. Marcus was very helpful and responsive when I needed assistance or information about anything around the city. Def will book again

We loved our stay! Marcia and Michael were responsive and easy to get in touch with. They helped accommodate an early check-in. Everything was tidy and exactly as pictured in the photos. Great location and easy to get to other parts of the city from the house. Would stay here again!

Good location for getting around NO easily. Enough space for 6 adults. We enjoyed our stay.

Home is gorgeous! Beautiful decor. Best feature: private pool with hot tub & great landscaping. Beds were comfy; all lightswitches were labeled, kitchen had plenty of cookware/dishes/utensils ; bathrooms had hairdryers & toiletries. appreciated the provided bath AND pool towels. VERY short stroll to 2 different streetcar lines and also bus line!! This made site-seeing in NOLA super easy. Enjoyed walks to and around the garden district with its beautiful homes. Central City BBQ is just a short walk from house with great food and drinks ; and the Lagniappe Bakehouse just down the block is amazing. There is a mission across the street - they were friendly and organized - the foot traffic near meal distributions dispersed quickly ; a couple times driveway was blocked and they helped us find owners of vehicles. locked driveway gate was great- easily fit minivan+sedan. dance club on block was loud on weekends- but inside home could barely hear- everyone slept well.

Spencer was a great host. He was very responsive in a timely manner and accommodating for our request. The house was very clean and already cooled when we got there. I definitely recommend this house to anyone

Nice home and great experience. We arrived late the first evening due to flight schedule, but the check in instructions were clear and the gate remote was exactly in the location described. Home was located on the street corner and was clean and felt safe with enclosed gate. Location was very good - close to a few places that we walked to (such as Abita New Orleans and The Exchange Pickleball Bar, both which we visited). We also walked to catch the street car one day at St Charles (it was a few blocks, if you’re up for it). Full kitchen was very nice though we really only used the fridge to keep leftovers overnight. Place was stocked with plenty of hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, etc. Loved the high ceilings and the front porch. Great experience - highly recommend.

Beautiful house and backyard just outside of New Orleans. Kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans for cooking. House design was gorgeous and there was a beautiful private backyard as well!

Our stay at the Legendary Prudhomme Chateau near FR QT was nothing short of exceptional. The chateau’s beauty captivated us, providing a luxurious backdrop to our holiday between December 26, 2023, and January 1, 2024. Spencer's place was fantastic! A very nicely decorated space, and we had everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest be added are cleaning supplies so guests can tidy bathroom and kitchen after use during the stay. Great experience, highly recommend!

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

My daughter wanted this place for her wedding. And she was correct on so many levels. Different parts of both families got to hang out for a couple of days, get to know each other, enjoy the pool and since it’s such a short walk to the street car anyone could go anywhere they wanted! My daughter was very happy with how everything went, which is all I could ask for!
