I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as pictured, if not better. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks, toys and bowls for my pups and local recommendations. If you want to experience authentic New Orleans vibes in a 100+ year old shotgun, this is the place. The location is near plenty of bars and restaurants without being in the middle of the quarter. The owner was fantastic, and you can tell he put some love into this house. We got in late and had a minor issue, thinking he might respond the following day. Not only did he respond immediately, he fixed it within 15 minutes. We would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed staying at Anthony's place. A short walkable distance to the streetcar. Peaceful surroundings. We only had a chance to eat at one of the neighborhood restaurants, but it was great. Walking distance to the grocery store was a plus.

The house was just what our family needed for our trip to NOLA. The location is perfect. It took us about 15 minutes to get to wherever we wanted to go. There are plenty of restaurants and markets close by and within walking distance. The neighborhood was friendly and felt very safe. The house was just as described and was a nice place to come back to after a long day exploring. The hosts supplied so many things that are often forgotten by travelers. The pool was a welcome respite after a long hot day. The house provides plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. NOLA definitely has its own vibe and this house allowed us to feel like the locals during our stay. Thanks for sharing.

An Amazingly Charming Stay in the Heart of New Orleans! This home perfectly captures the spirit of New Orleans. The exterior has that classic, historic charm I dream about when I think of the city, and the interior beautifully balances vintage character with modern comforts—those beds were incredibly comfortable! The original hardwood floors and thoughtful furnishings made it feel both cozy and stylish. Just a heads-up: this is a true New Orleans shotgun house, so the rooms flow one into the next with no hallways. It’s also a duplex with shared walls, so sound can carry—something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. That said, the charm and location more than made up for it. We felt completely safe walking to and from the French Quarter (just a 15-minute walk), even late at night. The hosts were responsive, kind, and made everything easy. I would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

Such a beautiful and spacious home. It was super easy to get into and the beds were so comfortable. We loved the outdoor space and using the pool. The neighborhood was very nice and neighbors were friendly. Would 100% return!

Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, and the pool was a highlight of our trip. It’s not very big, but it was the perfect place to hangout on a hot New Orleans day.

We enjoyed our brief stay at Nick's place in NOLA. For a family of 6, we were within walking distance to a park, and quick driving (or a longer walk) to downtown and everything we needed. We'll be staying here again for our next stay in the city.

By far one of the best stays. Not only is the host communicative and friendly but Ben’s home is uniquely decorated and comfortable. It fits perfectly with the NOLA culture and was also extremely close to the French quarter and close enough to the airport. The shower was great and I enjoyed spending time in the backyard. My family felt right at home. I definitely recommend booking!

This studio, just around the corner from Frenchman Street is a great choice for a stay in New Orleans. Just steps away from the bars and music on Frenchman Street, this place offers a surprising level of privacy. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious, with an antique tile, step-in shower. No steps anywhere! We enjoyed our stay with Lauren.

At the risk of sounding hyperbolic, we’ll be raving about this stay for years to come — we chose this place as our family’s home base during our wedding weekend and we couldn’t have been happier. Dominique is extremely responsive and this was the most genuine hospitality I’ve ever experienced at an AirBnB. The house is beautiful, the courtyard is amazing, the location is perfect. I absolutely recommend Frankie’s place to others who want to be around restaurants and shops, and want to be able to unwind at home in a quiet neighborhood. The walkability is A+, nice neighbors, and peaceful environment. Off street parking is a MAJOR bonus. Frankie is very responsive and helpful too.

This historic carriage home felt like something straight out of a dream. From the stained glass windows to the claw foot tub, the home immerses you in the timeless beauty of New Orleans. If there wasn’t so much to do in the city, I would’ve stayed in the home the whole time! Not to mention the walkable bars and restaurants, Algiers point is impossible to top.

Our multigenerational group from age 6 to 71 (including college students) was very comfortable. Having bathroom in each room is amazing. AC worked well on a hot day, kitchen is great for cooking and we enjoyed gatherings on the couch watching TV and talking. Yes, the street that the house is on is noisy, but some of us used earplugs at night, others didn’t need anything at all and slept like babies. The beds are sooo comfortable! The fact that the place is within walking distance from Rouses Market, amazing restaurants and a kids playground is just an amazing bonus. The city life at its finest for sure. Highly recommend.

Fantastic place to stay in New Orleans. Near all the main areas but felt like a suburban escape with all of the green and the giant park which was great for dog walks
