Walking distance to many restaurants, museums, and the French Quarter while being one block from the streetcar line. 18STR-17170 The penthouse features an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, accented by city scape views from the large surrounding windows. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with pillow top queen-sized beds with plenty of closet space, while the master suite features a pillow top king-sized bed and stunning bathroom. Upon request, a queen-sized air mattress with full bedding can be provided. You can find large flat screen TVs in each of the bedrooms and in the living room, ready for all of your entertainment needs. Cook and dine easily in the fully furnished kitchen, equipped with appliances and cookware and dining area available to seat eight guests or ask us for options to bring a chef to cook for you and your guests! Each spa-like bathroom is supplied with complimentary toiletries and towels. The master en-suite features a fully marble shower and bathtub with surrounding shower heads, while the second bathroom features a marble sink and tub surround. If there's anything we can do to make your stay as comfortable let us know and were happy to help. Air mattress and pack and play available upon request 48 hours prior to check-in. Each guest will receive full access to the comforts of the penthouse suite through a front door key code. Rest easy knowing the comforts of home and the amenities of a luxurious penthouse suite are at the touch of a finger. The Warehouse District has everything needed for a comfortable getaway. The condo is steps from a grocery store, top restaurants, great bars, attractions and a short walk to the French Quarter. This space is a great option for attendees to the many conferences held in town. We are steps away from the St. Charles streetcar line. An excellent way to get around the city. Uber and Lyft can get you just about anywhere in the city in 5-15 minutes. Paid Parking can be found all around the CBD. Wake up in a light-filled bedroom and step through the floor-to-ceiling window to the gorgeous wraparound balcony. This adorable one-bedroom apartment features a brand-new kitchen and bathroom with a modern Parisian vibe. Open the yellow front door and enter a living room/kitchen combination that's got everything you need to relax comfortably after a long day riding the streetcar, strolling through Audubon Park and eating poboys and crawfish at Frankie & Johnny's. (See our complete list of the best neighborhood restaurants for more info.) A beautiful wood staircase leads upstairs to a light-filled bedroom, bath and tucked-away workspace. The cheery bathroom has subway tiles on the wall and penny rounds on the floor. There's a floor-to-ceiling window that provides access to a wraparound balcony with views of the St. Charles Avenue streetcar and the lovely neighborhood. Two giant oak trees in front of the house provide a leafy green canopy for most of the year. You have your own completely private apartment and your own balcony. Well appointed kitchen with gas cook top, microwave, french press, coffee maker, electric kettle, cookware, dishes, flatware. All linens and towels provided, as well as bath products. A balcony overlooking Race St, two doors from Magazine St, is a great place for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Wonderfully walkable neighborhood. Guests have private access to the apartment, as well as their private balcony. Send a text, or call, and I will respond as soon as I can. The home is in a wonderfully walkable neighborhood, two doors from MoJo Coffee House and one block from Coliseum Square Park. Stroll up Magazine St to boutique shops, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, bike rentals, amazing architecture, and history. Free street parking usually available out front, or very near by. Public transportation available on Magazine St, St Charles Ave, a close walk. Uber, Lyft and taxi cabs also available. Guests will have to climb one flight of stairs to access the apartment.
