New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

GuestHouse 10 min from Futuroscope (River House)

Our Guesthouse was made in the renovated stables of a former farmhouse, built with the local Lourdines stones. It is adjacent to the main house (with independent entrance). The accommodation is made of a kitchen, living/dinning room, bathroom and a bedroom on the mezzanine, to which we access via the miller's stairs. Ideally located between the Futuroscope park (10 minutes) and Poitiers' city center (15 minutes). We'll be happy to welcome you & share our good addresses in the surroundings!

Accommodation located 5 min drive from Futuroscope Park and Aquascope or 25 min walk, 55 min from Center Parcs "Le Bois aux Daims", 15 min from Poitiers. Quick access from the A10 – exit 28, 3 minutes from the toll. All local amenities within a 5-minute drive (shopping mall, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants...) Refurbished accommodation located in the basement of the house. The ground floor of the house is also available for rent. Pets not allowed, non-smoking accommodation.

Rent loft 10 min drive to Futuroscope Park, Technopole, Arena and many other sights such as Center Parc 50 min and Marais Poitevin 1h40... Close to all shops (bakery/restaurant/grocery store/tobacconist) 400 m away. The capacity of the loft is 5 beds consisting of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a mezzanine bed and the other with a double bed. Private entrance hall with dressing room. Fully equipped kitchen, opens to living room. TV-Wifi Bathroom.

A ten-minute walk from the Futuroscope, this 49 m2 apartment is ideal for a couple who want to discover the park. A private parking space will allow visitors to save the 9 euro parking fee and return to the apartment during the day for meals thanks to the fully equipped kitchen. It is also suitable for business travelers and has a traveler business travel label thanks to its amenities and the possibility of entering the premises in complete autonomy.

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.
