In our apartment with 40 square meters of living space in the basement, you will find everything you need to feel completely comfortable. The modern, high-quality furnishings of the living room and bathroom invite you to relax in a cozy atmosphere. In the kitchen with a cozy dining area you will find everything you need for cooking and enjoyable food. The cozy living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a TV. Ideally located for excursions to the wine route or the Palatinate Forest.

The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.
