Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the middle of the wine village of Weigenheim is our apartment with about 35 square meters, perfect for two persons. Optimal starting point for bike tours or hikes in the beautiful Franconian wine paradise and the Steigerwald. A feeder road to the Way of St. James leads through the village. Rothenburg, Würzburg, Dinkelsbühl and Feuchtwangen can be reached in less than an hour by car. Nuremberg in about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

In order to completely relax, the private sauna can be used once for FREE (each additional time costs €10).
