In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

Gönn dir eine Auszeit auf unserem wunderschön angelegten Gartengrundstück. Das Grundstück liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und hat keine direkten Nachbarn. Die Innenstadt von Neumünster ist innerhalb von 5 Autominuten zu erreichen. Der Supermarkt ist 1km entfernt. Fussläufig ist ein Waldgebiet zu erreichen. Eine der beiden Terrassen lädt zum verweilen ein. Auf dem Grundstück ist ein Trampolin und eine große Rasenfläche zum spielen mit Fußballtoren. Das Klettergerüst ist nicht mehr vorhanden.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.
