Above the castle village of Altleiningen, between oaks and locusts, two high glass gables rise. Modern wooden construction with light-flooded rooms and panoramic views over the valley. Polished concrete, raw wood formwork, lacquered steel, colored glass, brushed brass, designer furniture and antique regional paintings create an aesthetic between a simple mountain hut and lively, trendy modernity. “Natural wellness” in the large garden with sauna, cooling trough, sun terraces and panoramic sunbed.

Blaue Villa Pfalz - UG - A dream for couples!

We built the Blue Villa to make people happy: first our children and now our guests who enjoy the incredibly peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking view over the wine route. The apartment in the basement offers 50 square meters of living space for couples who want to be completely private. A king-size bed invites you to cuddle. A simple kitchen complements the lovingly designed ambiance. Under the canopy of old oaks lies your private outdoor area of around 100 square meters.

Exclusive living in the historic tower

The Worms water tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. On the first floor, it offers a luxurious small city apartment (approx. 80 m²), which surprises with original round arches and plenty of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can have a cultural, sporty and/or romantic vacation. But business travelers will also find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in a spacious ambience in the evening.

Feel good and enjoy yourself at the ANNAHOF, in the middle of the romantic wine village - Weisenheim am Berg. The apartment has an ideal location to discover the many recreational opportunities that this place brings. The vineyards invite you to wonderful walks and the adjacent Palatinate Forest is worth a visit. The proximity to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region also opens up the possibility for great shopping trips and of course you can also try our own wines.

Cozy shepherd's wagon in the Palatinate Forest

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. A real shepherd's wagon awaits you, which offers much more than it did to the shepherd back then. You sleep in a cozy bed, can turn on the stove, enjoy your food and drink at the table and look into the forest. You can shower in a red wine barrel and at night you don't have to go out if you need to. Electricity and water are of course available. When it's warm, it's also worth visiting the swimming pool.

Classy apartment in historic town hall

In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. We are happy to open our bright, charming apartment, equipped with every modern comfort, for anyone who wants to explore the Palatinate. We offer a delicious breakfast with homemade products separately.

Tiefenthal guest house

It is a cottage on a farm in the Palatinate Forest Biosphere Reserve, in the middle of the Leiningerland. In addition to our beautiful hut, we offer insight into our poultry and fish farming. The cabin is equipped with modern and tried-and-tested amenities. It has a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, shower, TV, hot water and a wood-burning kitchen stove. From the terrace you can look out over the carp pond and have a spectacular view with great sunsets.

Beautiful, large apartment in two-family house in traffic-calmed zone/play street for up to 4 people. Large west balcony overlooking the vines. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Directly behind the house, the vines begin, an ideal starting point for many hikes. In the evening, you can end the day in the village in various restaurants and wine bars. - All rooms with windows - Wallbox (11 kW) - Very well insulated roof!

Maria's vacation apartment! Respectful use

From this centrally located place, you are in no time at all important places such as the city center (Römerplatz), the largest wine barrel in the world, saltworks, swimming pool, Wurstmarktplatz and of course the beautiful Palatinate Forest. The apartment is ideally suited for two adults and two children. A travel bed is of course available for our little guests. We are a young family who are always happy to meet nice people.
