Renovated studio 20 min from Central Paris

Studio (about 25m2 with private entrance and access to garden ) Great location, only 5 minutes from RER A line (Neuilly Plaisance) which goes to central Paris in 15 min. Also about 30 minutres to Euro Disney. Large supermarket, pharmacy, dry cleaning, bakery all within 100 m. Various restaurants - pizza, sushi, chinese...all within a 5-10 min walk. The beds are relatively new (2020) and are high end hotel quality. Reversible air conditioning and heating have been added in 2023 .

Artist's house with beautiful garden. Close to the town centre with shops, restaurants and market, but in a quiet location. Garage on request. Bus stops (124, 210) for Vincennes, Paris and the RER. 15 minutes' walk from the RER E (Nogent Le Perreux stop), 20 minutes from the RER A (Neuilly Plaisance). You'll have the whole house and garden to yourself. I'm in Le Perreux from time to time and live in the annex, which has its own entrance and is completely separate from the house.
