The house is located a 3-minute walk from the Neuilly-Plaisance RER A station, which provides direct services to the centre of Paris, Disneyland and the Noisy-le-Grand business centre.

A spacious studio with a pretty garden

The studio (about 45 square meters) is located at the back garden of the main house. It is 12 minutes walk from the underground station (lines A4 and E4), 13 minutes away from center Paris and 30 minutes from Euro Disneyland. Shops and restaurants are within a walking distance. With an additional sofa-bed the studio can accommodate up to four people. The kitchenette makes it possible for guests to prepare their own meals. Breakfast includes fresh bread and croissants every morning.

Garden level with separate entrance from the garden side. Composed of a bathroom, an equipped kitchen (kettle, nespresso, fridge, microwave and hob) as well as a large room of 21m² serving as living room and bedroom. The garden and its equipment (table, deckchairs, ...) are accessible but can be shared with us. Located 15 minutes from the RER A between Paris and Chessy, and 5 minutes from the banks of the Marne. The entire city center is accessible on foot.

The place is an outbuilding. Bright and quiet with a small terrace. A country feel in the city. Large like a studio with all the accommodations of a 2-room apartment thanks to the sleeping area which has a 160 bed frame and the bathroom with its skylight.
