Nice outbuilding near Paris and Disney

Completely REDONE from the ground up, this outbuilding is situated on a large, leafy terrace and offers absolute peace and quiet while still being close to public transport (RER train station 250 m away), restaurants and shops. This place is perfect for couples, solo travellers and business travellers. The house is located a 3-minute walk from the Neuilly-Plaisance RER A station, which provides direct services to the centre of Paris, Disneyland and the Noisy-le-Grand business centre.

A spacious studio with a pretty garden

The studio (about 45 square meters) is located at the back garden of the main house. It is 12 minutes walk from the underground station (lines A4 and E4), 13 minutes away from center Paris and 30 minutes from Euro Disneyland. Shops and restaurants are within a walking distance. With an additional sofa-bed the studio can accommodate up to four people. The kitchenette makes it possible for guests to prepare their own meals. Breakfast includes fresh bread and croissants every morning.

The entire city center is accessible on foot.
