Holiday rentals with a patio in Neuenhagen

It was a perfect stay all around. Close to the airport but very quiet. Cozy balcony! You can tell from the beginning how much love was put into the details in the apartment. It is fantastic and so cosy. You feel right at home. Communication is a 1 plus with⭐️! Everything was explained openly from the beginning, such as how things work. Really great We will be happy to come back. 🫶🏼

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment for 3 nights for 3 adults. The neighbourhood has lots of cafes, small shops and bakeries which is great for breakfast. There is also a bus stop M41 which is close to apartment and very frequent which we found convenient. Jan and Julia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

Great stay in Sascha's apartment! It was a pleasure to enjoy all the services including the terraces, plus in a quiet location, close to the historic centre. I recommend it!!

Beautiful place to stay and plenty of space of 6 people to comfortably live. Location is close to public transportation and greatly appreciate the host's for they extraordinary communication. They went above and beyond to meet our meets.

I stayed at this lovely place for a week, in that time Anica and maxim were both extremely friendly and helpful. They left us to it yet we felt right at home. It was an absolute pleasure staying at their air bnb, everything was extremely easy to use and had everything I needed for my whole stay. Very nice quiet location just outside the centre of Berlin. Meaning after a busy day on your feet exploring the city you can head back to relax and unwind in peace. Couldn’t recommend them both enough. Once again thank-you for an amazing pleasant stay. This place truly felt magical - nestled among beautiful trees with a stunning lake nearby. The apartment is well equipped and we felt very comfortable during our long stay. Lena was absolutely the best host we could have imagined. She was incredibly responsive to all our questions, tactful in her communication, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely return.

Nicely furnished holiday home. Well equipped kitchen. Gated shared garden was a highlight for our dog. Hosts have a sweet, friendly dog as well. The garden leads to the lake. Host was very nice and helpful.

Great, small apartment. In terms of size ideal for three people. Very clean and above all very quiet (I didn't think of it before) although it was right in the middle of it. 😉 The decor of the apartment was great. Everything new and modern and above all very clean. The bathroom is great and the beds were amazingly good. The host John is also super nice, always reachable and helpful. Parking is available in front of the apartment on the street (even relatively much for Berlin) and with a little luck and patience you can always find something. I highly recommend John and his small but nice apartment and would want to stay there again at any time when I am in Berlin with my family.

We immediately felt very comfortable in this special accommodation. The cottage is located in a very quiet street on the edge of a forest area and close to the lake. You first pass through a natural garden, in which various resting places are available. The pallet chill-out corner right next to the entrance is particularly beautiful. Upon entering the cottage, you immediately land in the open living area, in the middle of which is the fireplace, for which a lot of wood is available. A steep little staircase leads to the upper sleeping area. Everything was very cozy and tastefully designed. We enjoyed our stay very much, which was also helped by the sauna. We highly recommend the accommodation, but also point out that it would be advantageous to have a mobile support, as it is already a bit off the beaten track.

A nice house with a terrace, we liked the quiet location. The beds are really comfortable, the kitchen has solid basic equipment. Communication always went smoothly and all questions were answered quickly. I can definitely recommend the place.

Surely one of the best airbnb experience I have ever had! Nice place to stay to feel yourself peaceful in nature. Cozy guest house. Ozgur is very friendly and helpful, really enjoyed my weekend there! Highly recommended :)

We booked the house with a fairy group of six people for a week. The location with its own lake access is an absolute highlight. The house is large and spacious and especially if you travel for more than a few days as a group, you can also retreat well. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. One thing we found unfortunate was that in the large living area only three cozy armchairs came to six people, so half of us always had to sit on the dining room chairs. But this is a small downside if it deserves the name at all - we felt very comfortable and have rarely been in such a great cottage!

Very nice accommodation, everything newly renovated, in a quiet location. Approximately 45 minutes from Berlin city centre, also super accessible. Landlord was always easily accessible. Flexible check-in times after consultation. I can only recommend it, I'd be happy to do it again.

A wonderful place to relax away from the crowds. Only nature in all directions. Very lovingly and stylishly furnished house with everything you need and a very accommodating host! We have very much recovered. Many thanks to Bartosz

Amazing place to stay if you’re traveling by car to the Berlin area. The house has everything you need with a big garden around the house. The house has AC on the main and first floor. Nice shower and kitchen. It’s a 45 min drive to Berlin city center. There are two Netto supermarkets across the road one with a 350kwh ev charger. Parking is free across the road. There’s a shopping mall next to the village. A Tesla supercharger is 5-10 min drive from the place. Only point of attention for travelers is the stairs to the bedroom. It’s pretty small and a bit hard to manoeuvre when it’s dark and you want to get to the toilet on the main floor. Make sure to get some light because I banged my shoulder a couple of times because the flooring is extended a bit over the stairwell. All was well and we had a great stay.

Really great house, you can immediately feel that it has been renovated with heart and soul. By merging several rooms, a bright, large living area has been created, where you can also spend time in bad weather. Beautiful garden, very lovingly and elaborately designed, with many different areas to linger. Also ideal for children as well. The hostess was also always available, very flexible with our check-in and the changing booking days Highly recommended and we hope to come again.

Super nice contact with the host. Straightforward check-in, on request a slightly later checkout was also possible. The accommodation is very well equipped, everything you need for the stay and a super comfortable bed and a nice quiet terrace. I'd love to stay again the next time I'm in Berlin!

I could not have been more delighted with my stay at Gérard's adorable flat. The location cannot be beat, just around the corner from Schönleinstraße U8, and with so much to do, see, and eat just outside the door. Gérard is a consummate host who gave me great local tips, and was so easy to communicate and coordinate with - he also very kindly helped me with my bag up all those stairs! The apartment itself is brighter and airier than the photos show. Even on some scorching hot Berlin days, it remained cool and pleasant with the windows popped. The patio is also a lovely extra. I will certainly be returning next time I am in Berlin!

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. His recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time in Berlin. We can't wait to return and experience more of what this amazing city has to offer. Great place to stay at when you want to visit Berlin. House is spotless and has plenty of kitchen supplies and coffee (Tassimo system and filter coffee machine) and tea. Nice modern interior and amenities. Fast WiFi and plenty of recommendations from the super friendly hosts about things to do and where to eat. Supermarkets in 3 mins walk, house is next to a play yard and plenty of food places nearby (excellent kabab place too). Private parking spot makes it easy to bring the car and visit the area nearby as well as Berlin. Area is very calm. Can recommend Annett’s home for any visit to the Berlin area!

This is a wonderful place to stay as a base for exploring all of the exciting things Berlin has to offer. The apartment was perfect for us, clean and with everything we needed. We loved the artwork on the walls and the balcony was perfect for our morning coffee. We also loved the extra little touches such as the extensive library and umbrellas on hand if it was raining. All in all we can recommend and hope to return in the future.

As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!

A perfect Airbnb. It’s a much bigger place than it seems in the pictures which was great for me and my friend. The WiFi was super strong for my video calls for work. Spotless apartment and building. and Tons of options for food and cafes and walking around just in the neighborhood A++
