This spacious and cozy 2-room apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance invites you to relax and unwind. Nearby is the Kocher-Jagst cycle path. The view goes into the green garden. In 3 minutes on foot you can reach the sociable Pizzeria Kochertal, where delicious food and drinks are served. In just 5 minutes by car you are in the center of Neuenstadt with highway connection A 81. In about 10 minutes you can reach the entrance to Neckarsulm, in about 25 minutes to Heilbronn.

Unser geräumiges zweistöckiges Gästehaus befindet sich direkt in unserem Garten, ist umgeben von Rasen und Bäumen und lädt auf 43 qm mit seiner Gemütlichkeit zum Verweilen ein. Im maritim gehaltenen Kojenbett werden Kinderträume wahr und da wir selbst zwei Kinder (2 und 6 Jahre) haben, stehen Sandkästen, ein Trampolin und verschiedene Fahrzeuge zum Spielen bereit. Im Gästehaus selbst ist ein WC verbaut, geduscht werden kann im eigenen Dusch/WC im Keller des Haupthauses nebenan.

Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

Living by the River

Small apartment located directly on the river with large terrace and beautiful garden not far from the Jagsttal bike path. On picturesque trails along the Jagst, you will explore the beautiful scenery. There is direct access to the Jagst, ideal for swimming, boating and paddling stand up. The cozy apartment has its own entrance with wardrobe and an open living and bedroom with beautiful views of river and nature. The idyllic and quiet location invites you to relax.

Idyllic vacation home in the Odenwald

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

The 400-year-old building has its own entrance to the apartment, has a bathroom and kitchen, and is also ideal for several people. The apartment is in the station building, which was built in 1868 by the Baden district building authority Heidelberg from local, yellowish sandstone. The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the beautiful old town. You find in few minutes to foot numerous ✔Cafés ✔Restaurants & ✔Shops. The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.

Beautiful bright studio in Möckmühl

The apartment is in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a bright room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

A home, only for me

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
