Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nettuno

Sergio fully deserves to be called a Superhost. It was extremely easy for us to communicate with him as he replied to all our requests quickly enough and his English is great. The apartment is very well equipped. Initially, we wanted to stay in a hotel with the breakfasts included. But then we've found Sergio's place on Airbnb and loved it at first glance. Cooking (and not only breakfasts) was not a problem at all as the kitchen included everything one may need. Sergio also provided us with a couple of bottles of water, milk, olive oil, salt and pepper, flour, spaghetti, different sauces and jams, coffee. Everything else we could by in the supermarket around the corner. The bedroom has a big wardrobe with plenty of shelves and hangers which was especially appreciated by my wife. And our 4 years old son was more than happy with the Samsung Smart TV in the living room as he could watch his favorite cartoons on YouTube. The location of the apartment is great as it's close to the port and beach with the big selection of bars and restaurants. Everything is in walking distance. We also found Sergio's recommendations for the local restaurants very useful.

Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of Lago di Albano. Castel Gandolfo the town is a 10 minute walk away, which is convenient. Good designated parking in front. Valeria was very responsive t noir needs ot questions.

Kindness, availability distinguish Giampiero who with his taste has created a fantastic environment with generous spaces and equipped with every comfort. The apartment is kept with clean and tidy care. If I get a chance, I'll definitely come back.

Pierpaolo is an extremely responsive host. He met us personally at the airport,early in the morning and checked us in immediately, even though check-in was announced in the early afternoon. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious for two people. No need for air conditioning,because it is very cool. It has everything you could need in a household. The area is very quiet, there are many good restaurants nearby where you can taste the typical Roman cuisine, cafes, shops, pizzeria. The beach is a 15 min walk away,where there is one with free access and a paid area,where it is not so crowded. Transport to the centre of Rome is also very well arranged. In other words the apartment combines everything you could ask for,to combine a trip and a holiday in one.

Mario’s appartment is right in the centre of Castel Gandolfo. Very close to the main sights and restaurants. The appartment is nice, well equipped. Relaxed atmosphere. As a host Mario is very communicative, wanting his guests to have a nice time. Very clear instructions, and we liked the goodies (😊). Very much recommended. Thanks, Mario

Very nice accommodation, everything is available! Ideal if you come with a dog, an outdoor shower allowed us to rinse the sand from the beach which is just around the corner from the accommodation! Space to park if you come with your car! Very nice host and above all very responsive! If we have a chance, we will come back! Thanks again ☺️

What a fantastic place to stay. Walkable to beach and town. Pasquale went above and beyond to help us with the washing machine coming over at 7pm, what a champion! house had everything you need (including welcome wine & biscuits!). Would definitely stay again 100% 5 star!

I had a great stay at Elisabeth’s place in Rome. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well located. Elisabeth was friendly and helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly during our visit. The whole family was very happy with the stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Rome.

The Kindest Hosts We've Ever Met Giovanna and Emanuele were truly the most helpful and generous hosts we've ever encountered. Their home was absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean—we felt at home the moment we stepped inside. It was cozy, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their garden was also lovely, adding a peaceful touch to the whole experience. What truly set them apart was their incredible hospitality. They went above and beyond, picking us up from the airport late at night and charging only a very small amount for the ride. Even more impressively, when we got stuck in Rome late at night, they came to pick us up on very short notice without hesitation. We were so touched by their kindness and willingness to help. Their support made our trip so much easier and stress-free. I honestly can't recommend them enough. They are a rare kind of host, and we feel incredibly grateful to have stayed with them. God bless them!

Great quiet garden flat. Clean and well equipped

The perfect house, the perfect village, the perfect hosts. Sermoneta is magical and this house is the perfect place to explore it from. The house matches the photos exactly, it was spotlessly clean. The hosts were responsive and friendly. We really felt like locals - we got to know the local baker and cafe owner- and our son spent happy hours playing football with the local children. This is the most perfect and picturesque location - and a wonderful experience of an authentic Italian village

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. Marina was so helpful and whenever there was an issue, it would be sorted out quickly. There was an issue with the air conditioning the first night but it was resolved quickly the next day. Would definitely come back here again.

No doubts Antonino is one of the best hosts we had after 50+ travels with Airbnb. The location is really unusual but easily reachable with a car, Antonino provided detailed guidance and met us personally. The main note here is that initially we wanted to stay in Artena in order to go to Rome every day but we didn’t even go there (we’ve been there before). It might sound crazy but we were impressed with Artena town hill much more than with Rome when visited it a few years ago. Thank you for everything Antonino. Highly recommended.

My family and I loved nearly everything about this villa. The entire property was beautiful and very well kept. Anna was very communicative throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. It would have been helpful to have a clearer picture of the transportation situation, with having to schedule rides due to things like the grocery store being out of walking distance. We also would’ve loved to have more detailed information about the town so we could schedule time to explore. Overall we very much enjoyed the amenities and we would certainly stay again!

Roberto’s place in Castel Gandolfo was absolutely perfect. It’s so well maintained and has everything you may need! Roberto was a kind host that even offered to drive me from the train station. The home is in a perfect location just a 3 minute walk from the main square of the town. Definitely a slower/quiet area at least when I was there in October but stunningly beautiful :)

We spent nine days in Lido di Ostia and with Valentino's apartment, we had a great location in town. The apartment is modern and furnished to a high standard, and the house is a beautiful building. Valentino personally welcomed us very warmly and explained everything to us. We arrived late in the evening due to delays, but it wasn't a problem, and we felt very welcome. There were three of us traveling, and the apartment was perfect for that. Based on the description, we initially thought there was a second bedroom, but when we arrived and saw the layouts, everything was fine, even without an additional room. We'd love to come back!

I stayed here for four nights, but I'd be happy to move. Simple but very nice and comfortable apartment, you feel at home. Very professional host, friendly and available for any information or needs. Highly recommended!
