It is an ideal place to relax, enjoy the sun and the pool, about 1km from the sea.

The 65 sqm Villa Kinga 2 apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with kitchenette and 1 bathroom. Outside, on the patio, there is a private Jacuzzi. There is also a sauna and an outdoor swimming pool shared with guests of the Villa Kinga 1 apartment. For greater privacy, you can rent both apartments, which can be connected through a door, and have the entire villa to yourself

Il Melograno is an independent holiday home but adjacent to the owners' house with private parking. The house, 80 square meters, has two double bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The house is located in a quiet area 2 km from the sea and the center of Nettuno. It has a large garden with a swimming pool where adults can relax and children can play in complete freedom and safety. There is a barbecue and wood-burning oven in the garden.
