This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

Lovely newly renovated apartment on the 1st floor of our family house “Veli Bok” with a great view over the sea and the Hvar archipelago. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, still close to the town center and far enough to enjoy in tranquillity away from town buzz. Our house is placed 20/25 minutes walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5km/2km walking distance. P.S. Don’t mind older reviews, this is a freshly renovated apartment, give it a chance ;)
