Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Nerežišća

We had a wonderful stay at Nikola and Dora's place. Many happy moments spent watching the boats coming in and out of the harbour from our beautiful terrace balcony. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect holiday! We would definitely recommend and look forward to returning!

We came to stay at Franos place for a week as we were getting married nearby. He was a great host and made the week great for us! Would recommend staying here :)

My whole family was obsessed with this place. The adults loved the beautiful scenery and the peacefulness and the kids loved the hot tub and the swings. The house is adorable and very nice and the views were even better than the pictures. We loved meandering around Humac and being close to so many interesting small villages to explore. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat on the island of Hvar, you will be hard pressed to find something better than Mario’s place.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

So happy with our stay here in Hvar. What a find! The location is unbeatable, just down a few steps and you are right there on main harbor. So easy to walk from the ferry. But just far enough back to be very quiet and private. The home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We LOVED the balcony and the upper-level kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Very nice decor, furniture, and appliances - just as in the pictures. The host was so kind and helpful. Coffee shop just outside. Restaurants all around. The location really is incredible - we will 100% stay here if we are back in Hvar.

In the beautiful village of Komiza on the island of Vis....this apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and wonderful views..totally recommended for a dream stay

Vincas place is authentic, we enjoyed specially de outdoor space, shady and also sunny spots during the day, surrounded by trees and flowers equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture. The apartment was spotless clean, well equipped kitchen and a lot of space. Vinca and her husband gave us a warm welcome. We walked to different beaches and liked the exercise. I had a fantastic stay at Lukas' Airbnb in Podstrana. The location is truly unbeatable—just a 15 to 20-minute drive into Split, making it perfect for exploring the city, and only a 5-minute drive to the beautiful seafront. The villa itself is immaculate; it's clear that every detail has been thoughtfully considered, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Luka was an exceptional host. He responded very quickly to all my enquiries and was always available and eager to offer great recommendations to enhance my visit. He went above and beyond to assist me, which truly made my experience memorable. I highly recommend Lukas' place for anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable, and welcoming stay in Podstrana. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place, spotless clean, great location, peaceful apartment with a beautiful view. Bojana is great host, quick in response, helpful, if there is any problem she will help you in matter of minutes. Apartment has all you need, kitchen fully equipped as well as bathroom. Welcome was very warming, Bojana welcomed us with fruits, breakfast and welcome pack as we were coming very late to apartment. Thank you Bojana for a very nice stay!

Lovely spacious apartment about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and 15 minutes to a pebbly beach, which was not at all crowded at the end of May. Stari Grad is a great town with some really good restaurants. Everything was good in the apartment and has a balcony to wind down on in the evenings. The view from there is lovely, with a little bit of sea in view along with the hills and plain. The crockery situation has been sorted and the flat is now well equiped with plates, bowls and cutlery. A couple of cooking equipment additions would make it perfect. It's a perfect base to explore the north of the island and, if you want to avoid the hustle of Hvar Town, this is the place. We were really appreciative of the late check out as it enabled us to get one more swim at the beach in. We would thoroughly recommend this appartment.

Great location, amazing harbor and islands view from the patio, very walkable to many restaurants and ~20 minute walk into the historic district which you can walk along the beach or a bit more direct along streets. Easy, short walks to multiple beaches both up and down the coast...providing options for quiet beaches or those with restaurants/bars, and activities. Very clean, comfortable, and with a private parking spot. Katarina our Host was proactive with meeting us at check-in, providing local advice and checking up to be sure everything was well...which is was! For a stay in Split, 100% would stay again!!

Magda's apartment was as described and Magda welcomed us very well. Everything is super equipped and as a welcome we already had some bread, water and a cheese/sausage platter from Magda. We will be happy to come back.

Biljana is a very friendly and nice lady. Her apartment is clean and comfortable. It is worth to mention that the distance from the apartment to old town will only cost 7-10 minutes. Everything is beyond my expectations. Thank you for hosting our family and highly recommended to everyone!

It was a very good place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, close to a beach and with stores within walking distance. Bus connections to central Split was sufficient for our stay, although not the most frequent.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

The most amazing Airbnb! My friends and I loved our stay and if we ever come back to Hvar we will definitely be booking again. The view is beautiful, the location is perfect only 5 mins walk to the beach and restaurants. Overall, Frane is a great host, communicated well and very helpful. Thank you for letting us stay :)

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

What an amazing place! Marin was incredibly helpful both before and throughout our stay in his wonderful apartment. He took care to check with us throughout our stay, with nothing being any trouble. The apartment itself is in a quiet area, yet walkable to all that Split has to offer, a superb location! All the facilities seem like new and are spotless. Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.
