Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Nerežišća

Miejsce tak piękne, że żadne zdjęcie nie odda tego cudownego widoku, który zachwycał nas każdego dnia. Klimat domu niesamowity- czuliśmy się jak na bezludnej wyspie w otoczeniu kur, koguta, który był naszym porannym budzikiem a piękne koniki dopełniały urok tego miejsca... Dom czysty, bardzo dobrze wyposażony- a gotując obiady na patio można poczuć się swojsko. Blisko plaża z zejściem na dół na której byliśmy sami. Nie tylko klimat domu, jego położenie, niesamowity widok zrobił na nas wrażenie- tak wspaniałych gospodarzy, z ogromnym sercem, pomocnych i serdecznych jeszcze nie znaliśmy, a wracając ze spaceru do domu otrzymaliśmy od nich upominek i pięknego misia dla naszej córeczki. Z całego serca zachęcamy wszystkich tych, którzy cenią sobie spokój, ciszę, naturę i rajskie widoki. Dziękujemy za wszystko- Arek, Kasia, Adrianka.

Frano hat immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen geantwortet. Auf Anfrage für zusätzliche Babybetten und Kinderstühle wurde sofort eingegangen und es hatte alles was man sich wünschen konnte vor Ort. Die Gastfreundschaft von Frano und seiner Familie sind hervorragend, wir wurden mit Früchten und Eiern aus ihrem Besitz versorgt und Frano war immer wieder anwesend und hat sich um die Anlage (Pool etc.) gekümmert. Wir wurden von der Fähre abgeholt und am Abreisetag auch wieder mit dem Privatauto zum Hafen geführt. Es steckt sehr viel Herz in der Wohnung aber auch in der Betreuung ihrer Feriengäste. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft, wie auch Ferien bei Frano von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen.

My whole family was obsessed with this place. The adults loved the beautiful scenery and the peacefulness and the kids loved the hot tub and the swings. The house is adorable and very nice and the views were even better than the pictures. We loved meandering around Humac and being close to so many interesting small villages to explore. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat on the island of Hvar, you will be hard pressed to find something better than Mario’s place.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Milena and Mirko’s villa. From the moment we arrived, Milena made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality was truly above and beyond – always available, kind, generous and full of advice and local secrets.  Mirko was equally lovely – a kind-hearted host who regularly checked on the villa to make sure everything was perfect. He even brought us thoughtful little gifts during our stay, which made us feel extra special. The villa itself is immaculately maintained. The pool and hot tub are outstanding, and the outdoor summer kitchen is a dream come true – perfect for cooking and relaxing in the stunning surroundings. The view from the villa gave us a true sense of peace and escape. We can't recommend this place enough. It’s clear that Milena and Mirko put their hearts into hosting this villa. We would definitely return.

Location was perfect! You walk down some stairs right into cobblestone alleyways and shops and cafes. Even around this area our unit was always quiet. The beds were extremely cozy and the view was beautiful. Internet and Netflix was easy to use and I loved being able to wash clothes! We wish we could have stayed longer!

Unser Aufenthalt in Postira war sehr schön. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft direkt wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber, die Küche und das Bad sind modern und gut ausgestattet. Das Apartment hat eine eigene Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm, auf der wir immer gefrühstückt haben. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und einen schönen, aber touristischen Kiesstrand. Außerdem ist der Hafen mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Es gab sogar ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft und in Postira! Danke!

Vincas place is authentic, we enjoyed specially de outdoor space, shady and also sunny spots during the day, surrounded by trees and flowers equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture. The apartment was spotless clean, well equipped kitchen and a lot of space. Vinca and her husband gave us a warm welcome. We walked to different beaches and liked the exercise. I had a fantastic stay at Lukas' Airbnb in Podstrana. The location is truly unbeatable—just a 15 to 20-minute drive into Split, making it perfect for exploring the city, and only a 5-minute drive to the beautiful seafront. The villa itself is immaculate; it's clear that every detail has been thoughtfully considered, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Luka was an exceptional host. He responded very quickly to all my enquiries and was always available and eager to offer great recommendations to enhance my visit. He went above and beyond to assist me, which truly made my experience memorable. I highly recommend Lukas' place for anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable, and welcoming stay in Podstrana. I would definitely stay here again!

très joli séjour dans le logement de Lada, nous avons échangé facilement dès que j'en avais besoin, lada et son mari sont des personnes très sympathiques et chaleureuses. le logement est très bien situé, proche d'une jolie plage et du centre.

We had the best time on Stari Grad! The accommodations were lovely and Marija’s offerings and recommendations made our stay more enjoyable. She was a very warm and welcoming host. If we ever make it back to Stari Grad, we would love to stay with her again.

Amazing place, spotless clean, great location, peaceful apartment with a beautiful view. Bojana is great host, quick in response, helpful, if there is any problem she will help you in matter of minutes. Apartment has all you need, kitchen fully equipped as well as bathroom. Welcome was very warming, Bojana welcomed us with fruits, breakfast and welcome pack as we were coming very late to apartment. Thank you Bojana for a very nice stay!

Lovely spacious apartment about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and 15 minutes to a pebbly beach, which was not at all crowded at the end of May. Stari Grad is a great town with some really good restaurants. Everything was good in the apartment and has a balcony to wind down on in the evenings. The view from there is lovely, with a little bit of sea in view along with the hills and plain. The crockery situation has been sorted and the flat is now well equiped with plates, bowls and cutlery. A couple of cooking equipment additions would make it perfect. It's a perfect base to explore the north of the island and, if you want to avoid the hustle of Hvar Town, this is the place. We were really appreciative of the late check out as it enabled us to get one more swim at the beach in. We would thoroughly recommend this appartment.

Durch und durch 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Wir wurden vom Papa in Empfang genommen, wurden super herzlich🥰 begrüßt und rumgeführt und es war schön zu wissen, daß man immer jmd. Vor Ort hat. Die Unterkunft selbst , sieht mit eigenen Augen noch 10x schöner aus und der Blick von der Dachterasse war einfach der Wahnsinn🤩 Die Wohnung war blitzeblank , ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist perfekt.....es ist ruhig und trotzdem ist man in nur 7 Minuten am Hafen/bzw an der Fähre. Lidl ist in weniger als 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit Nikolina und Nada war immer schnell aufgebaut und die Tipps für Ausflüge usw. waren wirklich toll !!!! Vielen Dank nochmal für alles 🥰

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten ausreichend Platz. Das Apartment wäre auch gut für vier Personen geeignet. Die Sofabezüge wirken etwas altmodisch, doch die sensationelle Aussicht auf das Meer und die grosse Terrasse mit Whirlpool, lässt einen das sofort vergessen. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Transport vom Airport zur Unterkunft war perfekt organisiert. Vielen Dank für alles

Die Wohnung von Magda war so wie beschrieben und Magda hat uns toll empfangen. Es ist alles super ausgestattet und als Begrüßung hatten wir bereits etwas Brot, Wasser und eine Käse-/Wurstplatte von Magda bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour d une semaine chez Ana ! Tout était parfait et conforme à la description, très belle décoration, très propre, une jolie vue sur la mer avec une terrasse bien agréable La literie très confortable et le lieu paisible et reposant Ana nous a accueilli avec le sourire malgré notre arrivée tardive, elle a su nous conseiller de bonnes adresses et a été très réactive à nos demandes Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Biljana is a very friendly and nice lady. Her apartment is clean and comfortable. It is worth to mention that the distance from the apartment to old town will only cost 7-10 minutes. Everything is beyond my expectations. Thank you for hosting our family and highly recommended to everyone!

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Fabulous apartment in a great location with an amazing and memorable view. Apartment is comfortable with great amenities. Everything’s well thought out. Great bedding, plenty of towels, hooks, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and a bottle of wine! The espresso machine was fantastic! He met us at the ferry dock and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Perfect stay! Highly recommend! The view from the apartment balcony is the best!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

What an amazing place! Marin was incredibly helpful both before and throughout our stay in his wonderful apartment. He took care to check with us throughout our stay, with nothing being any trouble. The apartment itself is in a quiet area, yet walkable to all that Split has to offer, a superb location! All the facilities seem like new and are spotless. We all had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend this apartment and host to anyone having the opportunity to stay in Split. Thank you Marin, a wonderful stay!

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

Great location close to both the harbour and the old town and minutes from a selection of restaurants including the wonderful Anona.
