Lillstugan Länsmansgården

Lillstugan is beautifully located next to Klarälven. In the surroundings there are nice hiking trails and good opportunities for fishing. A large forest area, with plenty of moose, starts near the house. Five minutes drive will take you to a small swimming pool with associated beach and jetty. To Branäs ski resort it takes 25 minutes and to Långberget, with both nice hiking trails and ski tracks, it is an hour's drive. Lillstugan belongs to Länsmansgården, which was built in the middle of the 18th century. The owners live on the farm.

Amazing year-round cottage with lake view

The house is located overlooking the lake upper brocken. There's water on both sides of the house. It is a year-round cottage with heating cables on all floors. There are three bedrooms, 2 toilets, shower and sauna. The living room is high ceilings with kitchen and fireplace. The porch goes around the whole house, so you can follow the sun and barbecue outside. At the campsite you can rent a canoe, swim,fish or cycle. In the autumn you can pick mushrooms and berries. In the winter there is ice fishing, snow scooter trails and skiing.

Summer cottage/cabin by Grundsjön

Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.
