Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Nea Smyrni

Eşim ve iki kızımla 3 gün kaldık, kendi evimizdeymisiz gibi rahat ettik. Cumartesi günleri pazar var, oradan alışveriş yaptık. Metroya çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Hem Atina merkeze, hem de plajlara yakın olmak istiyorsanız, burası konum olarak çok başarılı.

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

Appartement rénové et en excellent état qui correspond parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions pour passer une nuit, à 15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport. Stationnement facile devant le logement et plusieurs cafés à trois minutes à pied. Kostas a été un hôte fantastique qui nous accueilli très tard le soir malgré le retard de notre vol. Il a toujours été joignable et a veillé à ce que nous ne manquions de rien. Merci beaucoup à lui.

Клара беше мила и приветлива. Изчака ни търпеливо, въпреки че ние малко закъсняхме. Беше ни подготвила малка почерпка за добре дошли. Къщата имаше всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

Stayed here for a week during a conference at Harokopio University. Felt like a perfect location, not too far from Monastiraki, Gazi, or the acropolis, and right next to the supermarket and the Petralona line 1 stop. The place was very nice especially for the price, and it was great to have the outdoor patio space. Konstantina was hospitable and gave a lot of good restaurant and other recs. Highly recommend!

Perfect place!! We’re had to book last minute due to a poor stay at another Airbnb. Giannis provided an incredible stay that made us feel so comfortable and confident. The place has everything you need and is just a few minutes walk from the metro which was definitely worth it. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Have had a lovely stay at John’s flat in Kallithea. The flat is very close to bus stop going to center. You can even walk to center to explore more if the weather allows. Kallithea is a really good neighborhood, close to Nea Symrna too. Both appealing, nice and peaceful places that you would maybe not consider visiting as a tourist. But they definitely worth visiting. Flat was clean and well equipped. John was very responsive and helpful. Great stay over all.

A lovely apartment - I really enjoyed the quiet afternoons spent on the balcony. Although it’s a bit far from the city center and main attractions, it’s very well connected with the metro just nearby. The surrounding neighborhood is absolutely charming, with kind people everywhere. I truly appreciated these gentle moments of connection with the local community during my trip. Thank you to Zyta for being such a thoughtful host :)

Despina e’un host fuori dal comune ..le comunicazioni sono attente e precise ,il monolocale è pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort .La zona è tranquilla e a due passi dalla metro.Super consigliato !

Anna i Ornela są wspaniałymi gospodarzami. Komunikacja przebiegała sprawnie i bezproblemowo. Zawsze odpowiadały szybko na wiadomości. Mieszkanie było bardzo ładne, czyste i funkcjonalne. Blisko do metra i centrum miasta.

Perfect appartment for a family trip. It’s so easy to get to centre and the beaches, but lovely to not be in hubbub of a busy city. Wonderful (and very reasonably priced) restaurants nearby and a wonderful bakery round the corner.

Amazing place in Athens!! In the center of Plaka, close to everything on foot. A lot os restaurants, shops and small markets near by. Alexandros is very, very nice and friendly guy. He gave us a lot of good tips. We enjoy very much the days in Athens. We definitely recommend this place.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, όμορφο και όπως ακριβώς φαινόταν στις φωτογραφίες. Εξαιρετικά βολικό κ αρκετό για μια οικογένεια με μωρά παιδιά όπως εμείς ποσο μάλλον για ένα ζευγάρι. Μια ανάσα απ' τη πλατεία της Νέας Σμύρνης με τα πόδια . Δεν έχω λόγια για τον οικοδεσπότη. Ευγενικός άμεσος, με ευαισθησία και ενσυναίσθηση καθώς λόγω προβλήματος υγείας ακυρωσαμε τη διαμονή μας τη τελευταία στιγμή και δέχτηκε αμέσως την αλλαγή ημερομηνίας κ μάλιστα όποτε θέλαμε εμείς. Θα το προτιμούσα ξανά κ θα το πρότεινα κ σε άλλους.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

Finest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Actually, it's hard to compare with other Airbnbs because this was such a cut above. Views of the Acropolis from almost every part of the two story unit. 10 mins from the best dining and the Acropolis museum. Very private and safe even when entirely open to Athens as both floors open to the outside with extensive outdoor areas on both floors. Very, very clean, high end Euro design and top notch technology and everything easy to use. My family and I were blown away. Lastly we chose the daily breakfast delivery. Made the day start just right.

Kostas is a great host, friendly and helpful. We had a great time during our stay, an amazing apartment with a great view, and a big balcony for cosy mornings and late nights. Great cosy place, feels like home. In a great location, whether you have your car, there are places to park around, also if you are on foot, the Metro station is nearby to move around. Nos encantó el apartamento, muy bien ubicado y conectado con distintos medios de transporte, super espacioso e impecable, y Erik super amable nos recibió antes de lo esperado y nos brindó toda la información necesaria para nuestros días en Atenas, muy atento. Super recomendable!

Ένας τέλειος χώρος σε μια πανέμορφη γειτονιά του Μοσχάτου, που τα έχεις όλα δίπλα σου. Σε 4 λεπτά το μετρό, απέναντι στάση του τρόλευ 1. Όλα ήταν τέλεια Συγχαρητήρια

This was our first time in Athens, the apartment was about 10-15mins from the nearest metro. There is a pleasant square nearby and restaurants. The apartment is a little dated, although very clean, and communication was great on our arrival.

This is a beautiful apartment with awesome view of the sea. Very spacious living room and gorgeous balcony. The facilities are quite user friendly. We got everything we need for travel lodge. The location is close to the beach. Good place to talk a little walk. It's also a very nice neighborhood for quality dining and grocery shopping. Transportation is convenient. Take 10-15 minutes taxi drive to Akropoly and Piraeus habor. We would highly recommend this one!
