Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Nea Smyrni

I stayed with my wife and two daughters for 3 days, we felt comfortable as if we were in our own home. There is a market on Saturdays, we shopped there. Very close to the subway, within walking distance. If you want to be close to both the center of Athens and the beaches, this place is very successful in terms of location.

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

Great host excellent communication very clean apartment. Just next door to lovely coffee shop and close to great restaurants.

The host was very kind and helpful. Although the location of the house is not in the center, you can reach anywhere you want by public transport.

Roni is an amazing host. He contacted me before I arrived and gave clear instructions on how to self check in, and he didn't go to sleep before I entered. He took care of everything, was involved, and asked if anything was needed. The apartment is very clean, vast, and has everything you need. Loved it, and I will surely come back in the future! Of all the AirBnBs we have stayed in over the years, this one tops the list! The apartment is beautifully decorated, modern, comfortable, and in a wonderful location. Marina was easy to reach, and a great host. We look forward to staying here again the next time we visit Athens.

Great home I recommend

Perfect place!! We’re had to book last minute due to a poor stay at another Airbnb. Giannis provided an incredible stay that made us feel so comfortable and confident. The place has everything you need and is just a few minutes walk from the metro which was definitely worth it. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

We felt very comfortable during our long term stay in Nea Smirni. Hosts were responsive and the quiet neighborhood allowed us to pretend we lived there. Apartment was comfortable with everything we needed. Supermarket very nearby, as well as other shopping and restaurants. Everything worked well in apartment: WiFi, laundry, TV, air conditioning, kitchen. The bed was good, and the linens were fresh and clean. I would recommend, especially if you’re in Athens for longer than a week. A bit out of the way, but easy to take taxis or public transport.

Anna and Ornela are wonderful hosts. Communication went smoothly and seamlessly. They always responded quickly to messages. The apartment was very nice, clean and functional. Close to subway and city center.

Perfect appartment for a family trip. It’s so easy to get to centre and the beaches, but lovely to not be in hubbub of a busy city. Wonderful (and very reasonably priced) restaurants nearby and a wonderful bakery round the corner.

It was a marvellous stay in one of the best parts of Athens. Mike s apartment was spacious and much better equipped than mine :) Enjoyed each day of my stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

I definitely recommend to stay in Sofia’s place! First, you’ll have a great welcome with all you need to enjoy your stay in the appartement but also with tips on restaurants in neighbourhood. Thé flat is well furmished with all equipment you neeed, súper clean and confortable. The location is also great to visit Athens. Do not miss that one!

Finest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Actually, it's hard to compare with other Airbnbs because this was such a cut above. Views of the Acropolis from almost every part of the two story unit. 10 mins from the best dining and the Acropolis museum. Very private and safe even when entirely open to Athens as both floors open to the outside with extensive outdoor areas on both floors. Very, very clean, high end Euro design and top notch technology and everything easy to use. My family and I were blown away. Lastly we chose the daily breakfast delivery. Made the day start just right.

Kostas is a great host, friendly and helpful. We had a great time during our stay, an amazing apartment with a great view, and a big balcony for cosy mornings and late nights. Great cosy place, feels like home. In a great location, whether you have your car, there are places to park around, also if you are on foot, the Metro station is nearby to move around. We loved the apartment, very well located and connected to different means of transport, super spacious and impeccable, and Erik was super friendly and greeted us earlier than expected and gave us all the necessary information for our days in Athens, very attentive. Super recommended!
