Holiday rentals with breakfast in Nea Smyrni

This place was the best we've ever had. The apartment has a great view of the bay, which is unique in any weather. The balcony invites you to sit outside when it is warm enough. The apartment is very high quality furnished and we lacked nothing. The kitchen is fully equipped and the snacks and wine were a great gift. Dimitris is the nicest and best organized host we've ever had. No wish was left unfulfilled, even a new dishwasher was installed. Our request for more space in one of the rooms for a workstation we brought with us was also met immediately. Everything is very informal. The bedrooms are large enough and the living room with kitchen and dining room is very large. The elevator is a luxury. A covered parking space on the premises is a great addition. Our dog also felt very comfortable in this place. Through this stay we fell in love with Voula and will stay here.

Giota's got you covered! Wonderful place with even better host. Our family of four had everything we needed. Parking right in front of the door made carrying our language a breeze. Bravo to the host for the wonderful upkeeping!

this is a great place for a longer stay. The view of the Arcopolis is amazing, the apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for those that want to cook. the location is quiet but close to a big selection of restaurants. Most of the ancient city sights and museums are walkable and if you want or need to take public transport the metro is not far away. Konstantinos was a great host. He met us when we arrived and took us through the apartment and was always responsive. He had a long list of great recommendations for places to go, things to do and restaurants to eat at.

I had a pleasant 2-night stay at this place. It’s situated in a charming neighborhood, just a short walk from lively Petralona Square, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants. It’s also conveniently close to the amazing Filopappou Hill, perfect for a scenic stroll that brings you to Acropolis. Communication with the host, Foteini, was excellent—she was responsive and made everything easy. The only downside was that the bathroom is a bit small, but overall, it didn’t take away from the experience.

Very convenient location and easily accessible. The place was just what I needed for one night stay - last minute - as we had to stay in Athens to finish some of our obligations while visiting Greece. The host, Konstantinos, was really friendly and easygoing, willing to help and accommodate any possible wish. He came personally to check us in and also he was flexible with the time of our arrival.

Cleo's place is amazing and she is even more amazing. She was flexible with our check-in and check-out, and anyhelp we needed she had an answer. The apartment is beautiful and super clean. You also can't beat the view and outside deck and patio. I would definitely stay here again.

5 stars isn't enough! Our stay at a Theodoras place was absolutely incredible. The apartment was spotless, stylishly decorated, and perfectly located. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home, providing thoughtful touches and recommendations that made our trip unforgettable. We can't wait to return to Athens and stay at her place again! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic experience.

We loved Dimitra's place and would highly recommend it - this is our second time staying here. The apartment is a good size for two and has all the cooking amenities you might need for a short stay. The place is spotlessly clean. Hosts are friendly and were extremely accommodating regarding our arrival time. It is a short walk to a metro station on the airport line so getting around the city is easy from here.

Jenny was very welcoming and helped us a lot to help us understand the surroundings and make us a very pleasant trip. The house was very clean! Next time we will choose here again.

The flat is in a very central location, making it easy to walk everywhere. There are plenty of restaurants and shops right on the same street. It also has a lovely balcony. During the day, the street is peaceful; however, as the host mentioned, it can get lively at night with music from nearby bars that can play until very late hours. We used earplugs and had no issues. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Michel’s mother, Natasa, was very responsive. She kindly welcomed us for an early check-in, which was very convenient for us. When we asked for pegs to hang our clothes, she immediately brought them over, as she lives very close to the apartment.

It is a unique and very charismatic home, spacious, has a great garden, great bed, great heating when needed. The area has a lot of stores of all sorts (food, pharmacies, clothes, jewelry...you name it). The bus station is very close. Communication with Timmi is great and the treats and advices provided were very appreciated. I have enjoyed the stay a lot so thank you very much.

Great views of the park, peaceful apartment, beautiful decor and an amazing library, if you can read Greek. Situated in a quiet, green and safe neighborhood 2 min walking to a supermarket and 12min walking distance to the train that takes you to the airport. The host was very hospitable, easy going, and responsive. This apartment is a gem and especially if you have a car, an amazing place to stay while in Athens! Recommended!!
