The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat is included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled all the way to the side, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with open fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

The house is located in a fantastic quiet and beautiful setting by the lake outside Nye where you have access to your own jetty and boat. Enjoy a boat ride and the view of the lake from the large deck. Just a few minutes away there is a swimming area, cafe and kiosk. Summer invites you to swim, fishing or boat excursions it is winter you can enjoy the tranquility at (or on) the ice. We are located in the Småland garden where the countryside has largely kept its character as you recognize from Astrid Lindgerns stories.

It is close to two lakes with great opportunities for swimming and fishing. Access to a boat and canoe by agreement during May-October. In Stenberga, 3 km away, there is a grocery store and café. The village, also called Småland's garden, is very beautiful with a small broken landscape with interesting flora.

Laila and Ola have a beautiful, original and cozy Swedish country house close to nature. It is quiet and peaceful here and you can completely relax. We were warmly welcomed and felt at home and enjoyed the whole stay. The cottage was larger than expected, with a well-equipped kitchen and beautiful views in all directions. However, we had to put bed linen on the beds ourselves and transport some waste to the nearest recycling station in the city. We also rented a canoe for a nearby lake - beautiful. Can only recommend the place and the hosts :-)

We (2 adults and two kids of 2 years and 4 years) spend 4 nights at this place, and had the best vacation in a long time. Absolutely beautiful place, and lots of things to do. We used most of our time just enjoying the garden. There were much to see and do nearby, but we just liked to stay at this place and completely relax :) Jonas and Jana were very nice and helpful! We hope to come back!
