Rosenlundsstugan is a modern cottage in the Rosenlund area in Jönköping, only 3 km from the city center. The cottage is beautifully located near the southern shore of Lake Vättern. Proximity also to Elmia, Rosenlundsbadet and Husqvarna Garden. You rent a completely detached cottage with a living room with kitchen counter and kitchenette, toilet with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Do you want to come to the tranquility in the middle of nature? A rural idyll of about 90 sqm, detached property with kitchen, bathroom, living room, three bedrooms as well as a sunroom and terrace. There is a possibility to rent a hot tub for an additional cost. On the farm, we also run a restaurant with various events during the summer. Tree house in the Småland forest

A unique and peaceful accommodation in the middle of the woods. In this tree house, you live up among the trees in a peaceful and quiet place with animals, birds and nature as neighbors. Here, the noise level is quiet, it smells like forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house is in and the insulation is wood shavings from floors and walls. For us, it's important to protect the ecological and local environment.

Newly renovated and thoroughly fresh apartment with high standards in a quiet and nice area. The apartment has two separate bedrooms with 2 divisible 90 cm beds. Each bedroom and the living room has its own TV with a wide range of channels and movie streaming service. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, induction stove, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. Combined washer/dryer in bathroom Free parking with the option to purchase electric car charging. Proximity to several bus stops.

Meet our lovely red cottage in Småland surrounded by forest, hills and lakes. With all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. The house has a big private garden where you can relax and make a campfire at the fire pit. Go fishing or take a swim in one of the lakes nearby. And maybe you see deer, foxes or moose from our sunny porch. Go skiing at the ski-slope, visit a moose park or go down the zippline. April-October we rent out 2 sit-on-top kayaks.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt.
