Charming little village house located in the historic center of Vias, 2 km from the sea and 1.5 km from the Canal du Midi, comprising on the ground floor, living room + open kitchen. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with bathroom and toilet. SMALL DETAIL: As indicated above, it is a village house which is what makes it charming and therefore, no parking space right in front! On the other hand, there are many opportunities to park nearby as there are free parking lots.

The City of Carcassonne is less than half an hour away, the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne 45 minutes away, Spain 1 hour away, many Cathar castles nearby...

The village itself is quite remote, being 30 minutes by car from the nearest grocery shops. Our guests enjoy the tranquility of village life and the beautiful scenery. Welcome to the Côte du Midi! Stay in a carefully renovated old 19th century wine cellar in the heart of Portel-des-Corbières, a charming village in the South of France. Only a few minutes away: the Sigean African Reserve, the Narbonne Grands Buffets, the Cathar Castles, the seaside resorts and the Terra Vinea site! A former dependency of the winery, the home once hosted the winemaker and his family.
