In season, possibility to use the adjacent swimming pool. Parking available. All shops 1.5 km away (Mazamet commune). Hiking trails and mountain bike trails from the house. Off-season: 2 nights minimum booking/July-August: 5 nights minimum.

It consists on the ground floor of a main room with a fitted kitchen and a small reception lounge, a bedroom with a double bed of 120 cm , a laundry room and a bathroom - WC. Upstairs a living room with TV , sofa and secretary for remote work. The accommodation has internet (livebox and tv), washing machine, dishwasher. Quiet, the accommodation enjoys an exterior out of sight with a south facing.

Nelly's Studio

At the foot of the Black Mountain between Carcassonne and Narbonne, in one of the most beautiful villages of Minervois; I offer a studio attached to my home. Ideal for four people, you will be in a quiet area. Walks in the typical alleys of Caunes, the visit to the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne or simple hikes in the mountains, as well as Minervois wine tastings await you a stone's throw from here.

Located in a quiet area, nestled between sea and scrubland, you can enjoy moments of relaxation amid pine trees and birdsong. Away from the summer crowds, you will still be less than a 10-minute walk (700 m) to the center and its shops, as well as the beach. The cabin is air-conditioned, equipped and comfortable. You will have a very nice terrace for mealtime (outdoor grill) and the relaxation area will be perfect for lounging!
