You will be able to enjoy all the amenities available in the city at walking distance. There is a car park in the street (free from 7:00 pm to 9:00 am every day and at weekends) and there is a free shuttle bus stop that will drive you to the main sightseeing spots as well as to the train station and free car parks. The flat is on the third floor and there is no lift.
