Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Nai Han Beach

We were a group of 11 people. The villa was in top condition, super clean and with a great layout and enough space for everyone. Overall, our expectations were exceeded! The host Lothar was super friendly, always available and gave us many helpful tips and recommendations. There was also a contact person for every issue, which was organized very easily via the villa manager. Villa is located in a secured / supervised settlement, which has given you a very safe feeling. The paths to the beach, restaurant and shopping were quite short and everything is easy to reach. We'd love to come back and can absolutely recommend Villa Carlos!

Had a great time staying at Marble Villa, Julian who came to greet us was amazing, showing us all the amenities available and explaining everything in detail. The villa it self was complete and clean. They even provided toys for kids to play with, baby cots and also toys to bring to the beach. Plus point is the swimming pool is using salt water so it was great for our kids. Check out was very smooth, Julian came right on time and made sure we were all set before leaving. Overall was a great experience and would definitely come back again. Kudos to Julian!

Michael is an amazing host. He was able to provide a transfer to and from the airport. He gave many good suggestions on attractions, nightlife and just general information about the area. The airbnb was very clean. He provided extra linens and everything we needed. The pool was amazing. I had a great experience!

Just returned home from a lovely stay in Abby’s Hideaway Phuket. We booked for a family holiday (2 adults and 2 kids) Karn was very helpful from the first contact up until we left. The villa is up a nice quiet Soi on a busy road that leads to Nai Harn beach. So many restaurants/coffee shops and massage places nearby that you could never try them all. Villa is nice and spacious and has a lovely outdoor space with a nice deep pool. Bedrooms have nice big beds and plenty of wardrobe space. Kitchen has everything you would need and there is a bbq outside. Karn is a great host and we wouldn’t hesitate to book Abby’s hideaway again

Egbert's place was a dream Airbnb and we are so grateful to have found the place. The Airbnb itself was clean, well-organized, had plenty of amenities and included so much space! The bed was comfortable and the living room was super cozy with the best views! It looked straight out of a magazine. We loved hanging out on the balconies for breakfast and just relaxing before or after our day trips! Communication with Egbert was easy and seamless and the instructions to get to and from the place were easy to understand. As for the location, we couldn't have picked a better spot. It was close to great restaurants, our beach day trips, and shopping. The lot itself was private and quiet! It truly felt like a home away from home and we only wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to travel back to Phuket, and we would most definitely stay here again! As hosts ourselves back in New York, we truly appreciate having a great Airbnb experience on vacation! Well presented and easy to get to, easy access to waterfront and various activities. Olivier left a folder of handy hints and places etc. Great for adult families, secure enough for younger children. First overseas place I have been comfortable enough to not worry about anything going out anytime of the day or night. We all had a fabulous week. Thanks Olivier.

What a wonderful slice of paradise! The view is absolutely gorgeous. The ocean is very calm and easy to swim in. The location is perfect as there are many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. (Ao You Seaside has the BEST Pad Thai). I absolutely loved the area. Bed was comfy, kitchen had a lot of appliances if you prefer to cook. Grab can be ordered to your door. One of my favorite Airbnb’s I have ever been to. Hopefully can come back someday!

Perfect apartment. The facilities (pool, gym, steam room) are very convenient. There is a lot of room in the apartment. It's clean, and there are plenty of utilities in the kitchen. Recommended. The host asked for deposit of 400$, and it was returned to us before we left, so that is ok.

Absolutely Amazing Stay! This apartment was immaculately clean and felt brand new. The location couldn’t be better — right next to great restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and several grocery options, which made everything super convenient. The pool area and garden were beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The balcony was a great spot to unwind, and the internet was fast and reliable — ideal for both work and leisure. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and responded almost instantly to any questions. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality. I totally recommend this place and will definitely stay here again — the cleanliness alone makes it an easy choice!

Fantastic location! Very quiet, yet convenient. Literally a 3 minute walk to Rawai Beach, food, shopping, restaurants, and more. Nice pools. This is a ground unit, so you have direct accost your room too

Great location….quiet and peaceful. Construction was as stated but didn’t disturb our rest. Few unexpected surprises but Heinz and Ar were very helpful and responsive…do appreciative of that. Would stay here again

This apartment is amazing and the host Selly, easily the best Airbnb host I’ve ever experienced. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything and nothing was a problem. The apartment itself is immaculate. Anyone who reviews otherwise is simply not telling the truth. I’d stay here again and recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.

Was great staying in Hayleys lil apartment in Wyndham Hotel. Perfect stay all we needed, very comfortable beds, Hayley was very kind, polite and very responsive to anything I needed. Highly recommend, so many pools to enjoy during your stay and 2 swim up bars as well.
