The ground floor consists of a small kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher and basic kitchen equipment and a dining room with a TV with flow TV or for connecting a laptop for viewing Powerpoint or similar. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a large double bed with a top mattress (2 beds of 90x200) On the 1st floor there is a large double bed with a top mattress (2 beds of 90x200) into an open space, and a small TV with the possibility of watching DVDs. Furthermore, there is a small bathroom on the 1st floor. The annex is connected to our own private part of the house and has a door to our utility room.

Small, cosy guesthouse of 30 sqm. The house has its own kitchen and bathroom. Small bedroom with a small double bed. Living room with dining area and sofa. There is the option of extra bedding for 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room. There is access to a large garden with a campfire area, among other things. The house is located between Vordingborg, Næstved and Præstø in peaceful and scenic surroundings. Walking distance to the fjord. Close to Svinø beach, Avnø Nature Centre and the Sjaellandsleden. Close to shopping. The entrance to the house is shared with the owner.

Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and gymnasium. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, kitchen, private bathroom, bedroom in the basement with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There's a little dog at the address, but not in the annex. Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation for both the beach, restaurants and the beautiful city life in Karrebæksminde. The annex is building B and is furnished with a simple kitchen. There are 2 beds on a good sofa bed as well as a bedroom with 2 single beds. Private bathroom and toilet in the Annex. Beautiful area with green areas with football goals and petanque. 10 min walk down through the charming Vesterhave with small houses and then you are at the beach and the cozy center that buzzes with life.
