New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from the scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Apartment in a larger villa.

You have the opportunity to rent a small apartment, with its own entrance, private bathroom, small kitchenette and living room. The apartment is part of the house, where we live upstairs with our children. You can sit outside and enjoy the garden and the chickens. Your family will be close to everything, and you can walk to Slagelse city center in just 5 minutes. The sofa folds out to a double bed. Additional mattresses and a crib can be borrowed. The kitchen consists of a combi oven and stove. It includes bedding and towels.

Here are opportunities for long walks along the water and in the cottage area itself. The house is located on a cozy natural plot that can be enjoyed from inside the house. House interior: Entrance. Bedroom with 1.5-person bed. Bathroom with shower. Kitchen and living room in open connection. Exit to large wooden terrace. In addition, 2 annexes with 1.5 person beds. Possibility of shopping nearby.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Large and spacious villa with plenty of space both inside and outside for the whole family. There is a large kitchen area. From the kitchen you can go out on a large terrace where there is the opportunity to sit and eat and enjoy the view. There are 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds and wardrobes. 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. In addition, a playroom and two living rooms. It is 7 km to Slagelse and 4 km to the highway where you can quickly get to Copenhagen, Funen and Jutland.

Mikkelhus: Modern family house with 2 bedrooms

Indbydende sommerhus med to værelser, stort køkkenalrum, badeværelse med spa, solrige terasser; - beliggende højt i terræn med masser af sol med glimt til Storebæltsbroen. 750 m til dejlig og børnevenlig badestrand. I området er der masser af dyreliv; først og sidst på sæsonen er der gode muligheder for at se råvildt i haven. Da vi holder meget af dyrelivet er dele af haven overladt til sig selv. Sommerhuset er beliggende for enden af en lukket vej. Vi har også sandkasse og gynge til børn.

Beautiful guest house

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while we renovated our farm, which is 25 metres from the guest house, separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it has a beautiful view of grasslands with wild animals and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly swimming area with shade and a swimming bridge. Parnasvej and the railway can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.

Enjoy your holiday in our lovely summerhouse, located only 50 meters from quiet, child-friendly beach. The house has a large living room with access to south and west facing terrace, bedroom with double bed, children's room with two beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and bathroom/toilet. The house is suitable for the family with one or two children. In the garden you will find swings, football goals and an annex with various toys (fishing net, sandpit, etc.). Pets are not allowed.

It is 5 minutes by car (10 by bike) to the cozy village of Årslev-Sdr. Nærå with a bakery, supermarket(s) and some absolutely fantastic swimming lakes. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.
