Lovely stay in a beautiful location with easy access to Amsterdam using public transport. Very helpful hosts with frequent communication answering any questions and even booking dinner on our behalf. Highly recommended!

The house was very well equipped for a family gathering. The kitchen was great for preparing family meals. We were 8 for part of our stay and the large dining room and lounge were ideal for our group. You do need a car or bike to get into Abcoude. Frustratingly parking in Abcoude is not good with 2 hour time limit so bit of a hassle to go to Amsterdam by train as required parking quite a distance from the station and walking but we figured a way that worked for us. The little restaurant next door is busy particularly at weekends but is handy for a bite to eat or a drink. The house has a lovely countryside setting which suited us but does come with drawbacks for example the WiFi isn’t great and the abundant bird life can be ‘messy’ but that’s nature😊 Would definitely stay again.

First of all the host is incredibly welcoming and proactive. He is very communicative and responsive to all your needs. Also he is very flexible with the check in and check out times. In addition, it is an amazing home that is near all the facilities you need to make your vacation a perfect one. Wonderful restaurants are in walking distance as is the supermarket and public transportation is easy accessible. The house was spotless and even better than pictured in listing. The host left us a wonderful welcome present to make us feel at home. In addition the house was stocked with all the necessities. In summary the house is filled with top-notch amenities, has an amazing location and an incredible host to give you and your family an unforgettable vacation. We definitely will be back in the near future.

Very welcoming, easily approachable. Beautiful location with lots of greenery, animals and tranquility. Nice, clean and well-equipped B&B with delicious breakfast. Enjoy the wood stove. Recommended, even with young children!

Very nice terraced house of great comfort on 3 levels. Close to a train station that allows access to the centre of Amsterdam in 25 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay. Remco was always easy to reach and always responded to enquiries and helped very quickly. The surroundings are totally beautiful. Many restaurants are within walking distance and a supermarket is right next door. We highly recommend the place

Clean, unusual, renovation apartment is in pastoral place . We visited some interesting places in radius 1-1,5 hour driving: Urc, Enkhuizen, Zuiderzeemuseum, Giethoorn ,Zwolle(Park English Work), Museum de Fundatie/Kasteel Het Nijenhuis, Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe. The stay with Marjolein and Michiel was extraordinarily beautiful and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambience with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site of the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, and Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. Overall, the room could be darkened well for sleeping. The car could be parked very safely in the yard. Thank you very much again for the wonderful stay!! Dr. Gerlinde and Heinz Schulte-Brochterbeck

Wow, what a lovely rustic location. Everything was sparkling clean, nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. The tranquility, green surroundings and privacy have done us a lot of good. The swimming pool was a delight and felt like a true wellness experience. Maarten was a very likeable host. We will definitely come back more often!

It is a very cosy and familiar apartment. Peaceful and super close to Amsterdam and Den Hague. You feel fast at home. The breakfast was super, so we could enjoy our trip. I really recommend Mark as a host.

Our stay at Jessica’s loft was peaceful, next to walking/biking paths and an awesome ice cream shop. It was close to friends of ours in the Netherlands. The home is in a structure from the 1800’s. Very cool!

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Alkmaar! It is close enough to enjoy all that the city has to offer, yet it also provides a beautiful, peaceful escape from the business and crowds. Han and Kelly were great hosts, providing helpful recommendations and even rides from the train station and into Alkmaar. We also enjoyed hanging out with the dog, cat and chickens! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in the cabin. The place and the hut are fantastic and Rens and Elisa w af and super friendly. In addition to the beautiful surroundings and the beautiful accommodation, we were very happy with the wood stove and the hot tub that we could use for a fee. The reception was very warm and personal. We felt right at home. The accommodation is tastefully decorated and nothing was missing. A great terrace with a view of a fantastic garden completes the feel-good atmosphere. The terrace is completely fenced, which makes a stay with a dog totally relaxing. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful week at the Duinstudio. Particularly noteworthy is the equipment, everything is available, from kitchen accessories to the equipment in the bathroom with plenty of towels, bath mat, etc. A warm welcome from Annelies, who was always there to help. We really enjoyed sitting in the beautiful garden after a bike ride or a hike. Here, too, everything is well prepared, nice seating areas, charcoal for the grill, wood for the garden fireplace. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

This place is a real treasure. The house itself and the garden are absolutely beautiful, very cozy and clean and everything is attended to. Right from the beginning you can see and feel the love and work that Rose is putting into it. You‘ll find a lovely place in lovely surroundings out in the Dutch country side, but still close to everything „touristic“ you might want to do and see. The place is also perfect if you travel with your dog, since it‘s fully fenced and there‘s beautiful walking possibilities all around you. Rose and her family are very friendly, welcoming and always helpfull if needed. In short: We really enjoyed our stay together with our dogs and can fully hearted recommend it to anyone, anytime.

Loved staying at Danielle’s cabin. She’s a great host and goes above and beyond to make your stay worth it. Beautiful walks all around and a beautiful little town in its self. Would highly recommend for a solo or couple get away and I would definitely stay here again! 5* All around!
