Clean and comfortable house (with car) for beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. The kitchen is perfectly functional as well as the air conditioning, which when the wind stops is needed. Federica is a very helpful and nice host, always responsive. I'm just reporting the wi-fi doesn't work well, maybe because of the area or we were unlucky, I don't know. You can see the sea in the distance, you have a lot of greenery around and every day you see the goats going to pasture 😍 while still being close to everything!

Lovely, comfortable and spacious house, located in a quiet and optimal location for a relaxing stay, just minutes from Budoni and the wonderful beaches of the area. Also noteworthy is the excellent cleanliness! Marco was very helpful and kind, he recommended the beaches and restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed the fresh drinks we found when we arrived! We had a very pleasant vacation. Our compliments go to Marco without a doubt! Absolutely recommended, given the experience, it will definitely be a valid option for us in the future!

We had a great stay at one off Monica’s residencies. Attentive host. It feels very private with the closed gate and the apartments surrounding the swimming pool area. The house was very clean and the kitchen was great. Everything you need and more is there. Also a very nice shower (a lot of water comes out so we put it half way). Furthermore Marco and his wife from the mini market were super kind to us. The location is great as you can visit many beautiful places in under half an hour. Highly recommend.
