Quiet 3-room apartment

I would like to offer you my newly renovated apartment in a quiet location in Osnabrück. You have a complete apartment for yourself. In the garden you have several seating areas, which you are welcome to use. The approx. 45 sqm apartment has a bedroom, a livingroom, a kitchen and a dining area and an office room. Since my little grandchildren are visiting the apartment from time to time, the apartment is quite childproof and contains some children's toys.

The 2-room apartment, furnished with love, offers a spacious studio that opens onto the garden via a sunny terrace. Floor-to-ceiling glass surfaces ensure pleasant natural lighting. When you step in front of the garden door, you can decide. To the right, following the Aasee shore, out into nature, where the Aa becomes more and more pristine and leads out into the Aatal at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest. Or around to the left, for a leap into the city.

We rent this beautiful in-law (approx. 60 m2) with separate entrance and direct access to nature in the Sauerland. The apartment has one double bedroom for 2 people and another room with sofa bed for 2 people . Optionally, it is possible to use the high-quality sofa bed in the living room for 2 additional guests. The sofa bed has an integrated mattress for permanent sleepers. You will benefit from free WiFi and private parking on the accommodation.

Living in a Finnish wooden house. Accomodation with plenty of space for 4 people. Sleeping possibilities: 1.80 m x 2.00 m double bed, as well as a sofa bed 1.40 x 2.00 m approx. Contactless check-in. Close to Steinfurt (12 min approx.) Münster (20 min approx.) or also Enschede/Holland (45 min approx.) The neighboring apartment is located in a traffic-calmed area. If you would like an earlier check-in, we ask you to book the night before.

The nearest bus stop is only 200 metres away, from there you can reach the Marl-Sinsen station or the Marl-Mitte S-Bahn station with connections to Münster or Essen or Haltern am See or Wuppertal in a few minutes. One bed is in the bedroom, in the living room of the apartment there is a sofa bed.
