Quiet designer loft in Nussdorf in the middle of the forest

The designer loft apartment consists of a spacious room with a large sofa bed (for permanent sleepers) and TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom for exclusive use. The house is quietly located in the middle of the forest on a clearing. Parking right outside the door. A place to relax and recharge. The bakery and local restaurants are within walking distance. Swimming lakes (Chiemsee, etc.), bike tours (BikePark Samerberg) and the mountains are right outside the door.

Atelier

A studio that is a kind of extension to the house. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place on a gallery. With a wing and garden square, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The S-Bahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good place to accommodate children. Adults only, so to speak.

Feel like being at home

It features 3 bedrooms, a spacious eat-in kitchen with a sofa, a small bathroom, and a view of the greenery. There is one parking space right outside the door (with additional parking available on the street). Close to the S-Bahn: just approx. 22 minutes to Munich (Marienplatz) or approx. 30 minutes to Oktoberfest (Hackerbrücke), or a 15-minute drive to the trade. Cozy 40 sqm apartment in your own cottage near the lake. The annex of the beautiful house from the 60s is centrally located two minutes' walk above the Schondorf lake facility. Steamer and beach, beer garden, mini golf and boat rental are next door. Living room with lake view, kitchen and bathroom are on one floor, a small bedroom with double bed is in the basement. Another sleeping option can be reached as a loft bed from the living room via a staircase.

Our "Waldhäusl" is a new building on a double garage and thus an independent cottage with its own entrance. In June 2024, it was largely newly furnished again. The bus stop to Andechs and Starnberg is only 100 m away. By car, it is 15 minutes to See train station and Starnberg lake promenade. By S-Bahn train, you are in 35 minutes at the central station in Munich.
