The garden invites you to relax with a Weber gas grill, a wood-fired jacuzzi and a Finnish sauna. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a cozy living area with fireplace. The chalet has been renovated with a lot of love for detail and combines Alpine construction with the latest technology.

Ideal for couples, singles, club or company trips, spending a few days with friends, but also for families with up to 3 children. There is a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room and kitchen area, the beautiful large bathroom and the spacious veranda.

The Alpenchalet Kogel is located on the outskirts of Bad Tölz high above the old town with a fantastic view of the city and the Karwendel Mountains. It is luxuriously equipped with old wood roof chair, black steel designer kitchen, garden sauna, two secluded terraces, fireplace and a mix of high quality designer furniture and antiques. For children there is a cable car, trampoline, slide, sandbox, treehouse and football field as well as in summer in-house camera cafe.

The 95 m² house offers space for 6 adults. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a library and a TV as well as a shower with toilet. Outside there is a terrace with barbecue and a fenced garden. There is a storage room with washing machine and a shed for SUP boards and bicycles. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with four beds and one with two single beds. WLAN, heating and parking are free of charge.
