A self contained garage conversion comprising of - Bedroom (double bed), bathroom, cosy living space with log burner. Kitchen area with hob (NO OVEN), Air fryer, fridge, kettle and microwave. Tea/coffee/milk and some breakfast items (bread/cereals) are provided. As are towels and bedding, toilet roll & hand soap. Outside sitting area with countryside views. 5 minutes walk to coast path. Quaint village pub with beautiful sea views within walking distance. Unfortunately we do not allow any pets.

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

The Apple Loft has a private courtyard to the back, perfect for long meals on sunny evenings or dozing in the sun. Cosy Chalet in the heart of Mullion village within walking distance of the coastal path, Polurrian Beach and Mullion Cove. Poldu Beach has a beach cafe and car park. The Bean Chalet offers self-contained accommodation, with one double bed for up to two people, whether you are looking for a short walking break or a romantic stay. Outside there is a secure, private seating/bbq area, perfect for relaxing in the evening sun. Close to our village Co-op and a walk to the local pub.

Baileys Little House time to relax

You will find Baileys Little House in the heart of Cornwall. The historic town of Helston is a 5 minute drive away. There is easy access to beaches, the quaint fishing village of Porthleven is nearby while Falmouth and St Ives are a short drive away. Baileys Little House is a small converted barn with all the comforts you would expect while on holiday. It is open plan living with a separate wet room and a cobbled courtyard exclusively for your stay.

Praze Barn has a private garden with BBQ for the summer and indoors a woodburner for colder months. Our visitors are attracted to the South West Coastal Path - Kynance Cove, Lizard Point and the beautiful village of Cadgwith recently featured on Countryfile with a great traditional pub - are all within walking distance.

Longstone Barn is a superbly equipped luxury barn conversion set in glorious rural surroundings, with its own beautiful garden, 5 minutes’ drive from the seaside village of Coverack with a pretty harbour and a sandy beach at low tide. All of SW Cornwall and many cafes, pubs and restaurants all within easy reach. Babies up to 2yrs old are accepted at the barn and a cot with mattress, high chair, baby bath and changing mat can be provided.

Accommodation for two in quiet village, thirty nine steps above the beach, with direct access onto coast path. Fantastic views, clean air and rural surroundings in a well equipped annexe. Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.

Chygwyn is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty just a few miles from Kynance Cove and Lizard point. The chalet is light and airy catering for all your requirements. A well equipped kitchen (210cm x 132cm), comfortable living room (400cm x 260 cm), shower room (134cm x 134 cm) and a cosy double bedroom (256cm x 190cm).
