It is one large room where there is a large double bed, a cot and 2 extra beds, a wooden table, a corner bench, a chest of drawers, a kitchenette in numerous amenities (small oven with induction - 2 hobs, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle), a large bathroom with shower, a separate entrance, a corridor. Apartment is large 55 m2. We are located on the foothills of Sumava, from the apartment 500 m to the forest (Blanský les).

The independent apartment is located in the area of Srubec-Stará Pohůrka; 5 km from the center of České Budějovice. The apartment is divided into two rooms - a kitchen, where there is a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, and a bedroom, where there is a sofa bed for 2 people and the possibility of an extra bed/crib. The kitchen is fully equipped (electric oven with hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle). The kitchen also includes a fireplace. The apartment has a shower and a separate toilet.

The house is located directly on the bike path between Horní Planá and Nová Pec and is also close to a small maintained beach, about 400m from the house. The 35m2 apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen, oak double bed 180x200, sofa bed for everyday sleeping 160x200, dining table, TV and free WIFI. The apartment has its own spacious bathroom and balcony.
