Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Mücke

This is an adorable cottage managed by lovely people. Thanks to Stephen, his partner, and his mother for their gracious hospitality! I am very grateful. This is a historic half-timber home with wood floors and stairs, high upstairs ceilings, and an updated interior. We found the bedding comfortable with bedroom blinds adjustable for sleep promotion, kitchen and bathrooms clean and stocked, patio delightful with sun and bird songs, and overall decor attractive and soothing. The air temperature is adjustable in the bedrooms and living room with both cooling and heating options. The coffee maker is a Nespresso type, and we appreciated the basketful of coffee pods and bottle of wine upon entry! This home is in a peaceful and safe location behind a locked gate with both the owner and the owner's mother to each side. The S-Bahn stop is a short walk away and will take you to central Frankfurt including Romer (download the RMVgo app to buy and load train tickets).

A beautiful, special accommodation with attention to detail. Modern and clean. The location was outstanding on the Burghof and the accommodation absolutely recommended. We are absolutely thrilled!!

A nice location, with a terrace at the back, where you could sit nicely on the river, and behind the garden. It was a spacious house, with spacious rooms. Even the kitchen was a separate, and very spacious space. Everything was available. Very clean and tidy. Nice hiking in the village. Shops are 4 kilometers away. Edersee 20 minutes by car. Really worth it. A nice spicy walk done there. In short, value for the price.

Such a beautiful cabin in picturesque surroundings! We felt right at home. There is everything you need for a quiet break. Heckmühle is a very cute village with great people. We will be happy to come back.

The old half-timbered house has been modernly renovated and furnished inside. Just like the pictures. Beautiful sauna. Everything nice and clean, very comfortable beds. We liked the possibility of having a large table for all 10 people in both the dining room and the outdoor area. Really great!!! And the nice "little things" almost "big things" that are available at the reception, they don't have to be, but that makes you feel warmly welcome. I can fully recommend the house.

We experienced a warm and sociable family reunion at Easter 2025 in the house. The space was great! There was nothing missing! The whole house is tiptop clean, excellently equipped and full of feel-good elements: the fireplace, the spacious seating, the tasteful furnishings... and the fantastic surroundings! Everything wonderfully inspiring! :) We leave the place with beautiful memories and can highly recommend the house!

Gabriele is very welcoming and helpful. The house is more beautiful than the pictures, very clean, and has everything one needs for the stay—she has thought of more than most hosts to make available for a worry free stay. It’s a beautiful setting and we look forward to returning.

Was a great place to stay for hiking in the area. In a few minutes you are at the outdoor pool and it was also not far to the pizzeria. The accommodation had everything you need and left nothing to be desired.

Our stay at Katja's place was pleasant. The space was clean and well-maintained, with new utensils that made meal preparation a breeze. The surrounding area was quiet, providing a restful environment. The host was responsive and attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. A particular highlight for our young kid were the toys provided. However, it’s worth noting that the apartment is situated on the top floor, requiring several flights of stairs. Overall, a suitable accommodation for a tranquil getaway.

The place was great. We felt comfortable. Blerand let us into the accommodation before check-in time and was very friendly. We will be happy to come back.

The communications with Thomas was easy and quick We went for a long weekend in Winterberg to attend a bike festival and competition The appartment is located right next to the ski/bike park so really easy Everything we needed was there - Linens towels and the beds are really comfortable The appartment is within a big building - although probably a lot of rentals it was really quiet and we felt safe The access to the parking is not so direct but it is secure. Be careful it is 2m height max We would definitely stay here again

Were there with a group of 5 friends and had a wonderful time. A well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook, after which you can end the day comfortably in front of the large oven. From the house, you can go directly into the forest. Everything clean, communication easy.

We had a great time in the holiday homes. Thanks to the good and fast communication with the hosts, questions were clarified very quickly. The apartments are lovingly furnished, very clean and cozy. Anytime again :)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Germany. The location is absolutely picturesque, surrounded by stunning scenery. The house itself is incredibly clean, cozy, and designed with such beautiful taste. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

There were six of us there for an extended weekend. Overall, we felt comfortable. Communication with Richard was very pleasant, he always responded within a very short time. The house was as described, modern, clean and very cozy with the large terrace and fireplace. The sauna is an infrared sauna and heats to max. 60 degrees; if you have adjusted to a Finnish sauna, you will be a little disappointed. The kitchen is basically furnished, but there is a lack of sharp knives. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, the bakery is within walking distance. The only downside: unfortunately, the bathroom smelled strongly of moisture.
