Egalement un Golf 18 trous à 10min en voiture. Mélange équilibré entre tradition et modernité, c'est un environnement idéal pour des séjours entre amis, familles, ou collègues.

Studio in the heart of the forest

In an exceptional quiet setting, a studio awaits you for 2 people, 20m2. A seating area, 2 armchairs, lift-up coffee table and TV, kitchen (hotplate, mini-oven, microwave, fridge, Senseo coffee machine), bathroom with toilet and a double bed. A terrace in front of the accommodation, shared garden with us and intimate covered space of 35m2, table, barbecue, petanque court in the forest of 5 hectares. Our house and another gite are next door. (chickens, dog, cat in the wild)

Beautiful air-conditioned accommodation of 36 m2, located in the leisure residential park, "Le Clos des Sablons" located at the gates of Normandy in the Eure Valley, west of Paris (80 km), 30 minutes from Vernon, Evreux, Dreux, Hű, or Mantes-la-Jolie. Bed and bath linen are provided. It is equipped with a TV, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, hair dryer, etc... In love with calm and nature, you will be conquered by this peaceful place. Close to shops and the supermarket, all within walking distance. You can stroll past the stalls of local producers at the markets of Ivry-la-Bataille and Ézy-sur-Eure. It has direct access to the Voie Verte and is an ideal place if you want to discover the Châteaux.

On the ground floor there is a kitchenette, a living room with a sofa bed and an office area. Upstairs there is a bedroom and a shower room with WC and washing machine. You can park your car in the fully enclosed courtyard. You will have views over the courtyard and garden area.
