The host is the owner of a ski & snowboard school – guided tours and courses in winter are possible with advance registration. Fresh organic dairy products from the nearby farm. Innsbruck, Seefeld and numerous ski resorts are easily accessible.

You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

This newly renovated, two-bedroom apartment has a spacious common area with a kitchen. Each bedroom has a closet and a nice wooden floor. This is the perfect location if you like hiking, biking, or skiing. The next ski resort is just a 20-minute drive away and within 40-45 minutes you can reach world-class resorts such as Soelden or St Anton.
