Summertime access to rowboat, and possibility to borrow sauna. Single position on farm with 3 residential houses. Balcony in a morning sunny location. Large garden with outdoor furniture and access to self-picked salad by season.

Lakefront cottage with lake view, Varamobaden, Motala. Here you will find a farmhouse with lush garden and lake view. The cottage and terrace have a sunny location with wonderful views of Varamoviken and Vättern. You have 50 meters to the water in the Nordic region's largest lake bath with a 2 km long sandy beach. The distance to central Motala is 3 km. Distance to municipal playground thirty meters At the cottage, you have access to the garden's grass areas. Miscellaneous games and play materials are available to freely use.

Cabin in a rural setting.

The cabin is from the 1800s with logs as walls, the sleeping loft was formerly grain storage, enjoy the beautiful nature that takes you through the oak garden down to the lake boren. Feel free to borrow the rowing boat. Life jackets (Not for children) and fishing rods are available. A 10-minute walk will take you to Karlshult Nature Reserve. On the farm, there are dogs, cats, sheep, and chickens. 1 double bed, 1 120 bed and a smaller sofa bed. Note: The stairs to the upstairs are a bit steep. Cleaning not included.

Nice countryside home

Welcome to enjoy the summer in beautiful Klockrike on the Östgötaslätten. Stay in Appelgården, a villa from the early 1900s that was renovated in the old style inside during 2020. With its own private garden and with grazing horses outside the plot. With a 20 min drive, you can get to Varamon, the largest lake in the Nordic countries with 5km of natural sandy beach. Linköping can be reached by car( about 20 minutes). In an hour you are Kolmårdens zoo or 1.5 hours to Astrid Lindgrens värld.

Nice guesthouse outside Klockrike

Just outside Klockrike we rent out our guesthouse. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and utensils. Bathrooms are located downstairs (with sauna, washer and dryer) and upstairs. Please note that bed linen is not included but can be rented for a fee. As the apartment is located on our farm, agricultural machines can pass outside the house during parts of the year.

Nice decking around the cottage and possibility to barbecue. Parking space is included right outside. Bed linen and towels are not included but may be rented for a fee, 100sek/person. Motala with Varamonbaden only about 20 min by car is the largest lake bath in the Nordic countries and offers a wonderful beach. Also suitable for golf weekends with proximity to, for example, Motala GK, Vadstena GK and Askersunds GK.
