In the garden, there is a hot tub that is warm all year round. 6 km away is the summer town of Motala, with one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches.

In a completely undisturbed location on 5 hectares of private land and water. 30 meters from the water. Nice fishing waters with zander, perch and pike. Rowboat, canoes to borrow. Electricity is available from October to April.

Welcome to Västanvik! A newly built (2019) cottage with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with washing machine, fully equipped kitchen and WiFi Large plot with large terrace with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a nice barbecue area. Parking for several cars outside the house. Electric car charger available. Close to Vättern (the lake) and several swimming areas around the area. Nice hiking trails are nearby, Östgötaleden goes through the area. 10 km by car to the nearest store 20 km to Ica Maxi Motala. No smoking or pets in the cottage

A modern villa with a lake plot, large private dock, hot tub and sauna. Fantastic views of Lake Boren where the canal boats pass by. Just as cozy in summer as in other seasons. Good fishing in the lake. Basement house where the upper floor has an integrated kitchen and living room for socializing with panoramic lake view and toilet. The lower floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry room and living room/TV room. On the property, there are also two smaller cottages with a guest room in each, bathroom (not winter time) and sauna.

Access to the community's sauna and barbecue areas. Midsummer celebration at the marina.

Close to Motala city with its harbour and locks. 20 min to the medieval town of Vadstena for beautiful history and shopping. Visit Medevi brunn and nature reserves like Omberg and Tåkern.

Northern Lake Vättern Archipelago

På en höjd med utsikt över norra Vätterns vackra skärgård ligger vårt moderna, nybyggda fritidshus med takterrass och stort trädäck. Här kan en lite större grupp/familj finna återhämtning med närhet till både vatten och skog men ändå är det bara 10 minuter med bil till den vackra lilla staden Askersund. Många uppskattar möjligheten att att inkludera båt och SUP-boards för att ta sig ut på Vätterns vatten och besöka öarna. I huset finns två stycken arbetsplatser, wifi (fiberanslutning) ingår.

The gem of Norra Vätättern

On a ridge overlooking northern Lake Vättern's beautiful archipelago lies our modern, newly built holiday home with large social areas and a fantastic ceiling height with nice light inputs. Here a slightly larger group/family can find recovery with proximity to nature yet it is only 10 minutes by car to the beautiful small city of Askersund. Tivedens National Park is close as well as the long sandy beach Harjebaden. The house was completed in autumn 2018 and has all amenities.

A path leads from the house down to the water, passing swimming areas, small marinas, and barbecue spots. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a sauna, a large garden, and a glass-enclosed veranda, perfect for rainy days or mild evenings when you still want to feel close to nature. Suitable for holidays, contractors, or participants in the Vätternrundan.

Cozy little cottage beautifully located near the Varamon beach in Motala. The cottage is newly built and is only 100 m from the beautiful sandy beach. Nice decking around the cottage and possibility to barbecue. Parking space is included right outside. Bed linen and towels are not included but may be rented for a fee, 100sek/person. Boendet är enkelt och charmigt. Trädgården delas med värdfamiljen och gäster till caféet och kunder som plockar blommor. Boendet omges av får och hästhage. Discgolfbana finns med 9 hål, betalas separat. Kajakuthyrning finns 2 km bort vid Götakanal, bokas separat. Stor studsmatta finns i trädgården. Vi odlar grönsaker för självhushållning.
