A modern villa with a lake plot, large private dock, hot tub and sauna. Fantastic views of Lake Boren where the canal boats pass by. Just as cozy in summer as in other seasons. Good fishing in the lake. Basement house where the upper floor has an integrated kitchen and living room for socializing with panoramic lake view and toilet. The lower floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry room and living room/TV room. On the property, there are also two smaller cottages with a guest room in each, bathroom (not winter time) and sauna.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful newly-renovated accommodation located in a rural setting. You can find your own swimming spot in nature 1 km away. Nice bike paths, walking paths and nice nature right at your doorstep. Tivedens National Park is close as well as the long sandy beach Harjebaden. The house was completed in autumn 2018 and has all amenities.
