New family-friendly cottage Rauland with panoramic views

We rent our holiday paradise on Rauland. The cabin was new winter 2023 and is located on a hill with panoramic views of Lake Totak. Short distance to the city center (4 km). The area offers great hiking possibilities in the summer and winter. In the winter you can buckle up at the cabin and exit the trail network in Rauland which is over 150 km. If you drive 15 minutes you are in the slopes of Holtardalen. If you walk 10 minutes you will get to nice sandy beaches at Totak. More hiking trails in forest terrain in the immediate vicinity

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity, wood for firing and cleaning. Newly renovated plinth apartment in a farm house. We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

Newer cabin with a great view and nice hiking opportunities

Eel hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden cabin area. There is a small cabin field with a good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities right outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cottage as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic items in kitchen cabinets and there may be items in the fridge with shelf life. Nearby peaks are more than 1,500 meters, there are many deep river valleys, and hundreds of small and large fishing lakes, small and large game, berries, mushrooms and various cultural traditions. All this mean that many people form strong and long-lasting ties to this mountain village.

Cozy cottage with a fantastic location and its own shoreline by Lake Totak. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room with a corner sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed if needed), a cozy fireplace, a large dining table, a loft, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Large terrace with a dining table and view of the lake and the mountains. We have our own marina, boat ramp and a boat, 2 kayaks and 2 SUPs that can be rented. 15 min to skicentre.

Sleeps 2 adults, 1 child in travel cot. Convenient location by Totakvannet. Enjoy peace and quiet. High standard. Nature enters the living room. Deer, hares, foxes and deer often pass by. Yoursome life. The cranes have a landing here on their way into their nesting areas. Medieval "prestvegen" goes past the property and can be followed through the forest to Sandane which is the bathing beach with large B. Sun from midday.

Høy standard på hytte med Jacuzzi, 2 stuer, 2 bad , 4 soverom og garasje. Her kan du kjøre frem til hytten, parkere bilen inne i garasjen. La den stå på lading til du reiser og slappe av. Terassen ligger sør/vest vendt med ettermiddag /kveldssol. Ute-villmarks møbler med bål-panne på terrassen. Eiendommen har en svært god beliggenhet mot enden av en blindgate og tilgrensede alpinbakken og langrennsløyper.

Modern cabin of 150 sqm for rent - completely private - no neighbors! The cabin was built in 2022 and has a spacious living room/kitchen solution with large windows. This gives a unique feeling of closeness to nature and fantastic views of both forest, mountains and water. Large terrace of 100 sqm around almost the entire cabin gives good sun conditions all day

Haukeli husky - log cabin

The lodge is located at Tjønndalen Fjellgard in a scenic mountain area about 900 meters above the see level. There are great hiking trails right outside the cabin, summer and winter. We also operates Haukeli Husky who offers dogsledding summer and winter. You are of course welcome to visit our kennel and our 55 friends when you are our guest.
