Apartment is immaculate. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, from preparing meals (kitchen super well-stocked, for instance) to doing the laundry. Building is quiet in residential area. Easy parking just outside at all hours. Fast, reliable internet. Owner is friendly and communicates promptly. Would happily come back.

It’s a beautiful apartment with a proactive hosting team. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and rooms are nicely furnished. We reported some issue late night, and it was fixed right next day during the hours that we were out. We would stay here again next time we go to Rome. I highly recommend this apartment.

I'm an architect designer and I pay attention in details. This place is amazing because it is quiet and extremely cozy. Everything is perfectly set to make unforgettable this experience and the bed is so comfortable that you sleep like a babe. On top of this Lucia is super kind and nice and she made me feel welcome immediately. She pays attention in details such as providing all the basic things you may need and even what you did not even think about. I will definitely came back soon! Thanks Lucia for this lovely stay ❤️

La mia esperienza è stata perfetta. La zona era tranquilla e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari (bar, supermercato, ristoranti, fermata dell’autobus, ecc.). L’appartamento è carinissimo, pulitissimo e facile da trovare. Il terrazzo è molto ampio e confortevole. Monia è stata fantastica: nonostante il mio poco preavviso è riuscita a farmi fare il check-in all’orario in cui andavo bene, mi ha fatto trovare la colazione ed è stata flessibile per il mio check-out. Ed in ogni caso era disponibile ad aiutarmi per qualsiasi cosa. Spero di avere ancora occasione per tornare ad alloggiare lì!

Appartamento pulito e ben distribuito e ben arredato con posto auto riservato. Host molto accogliente. Zona tranquilla e ben collegata con il raccordo anulare.

Me and my brother stayed here for 4 nights and it’s safe to say that we were thrilled with our experience. Anna Maria was friendly and helpful from the second we made the booking until the second we checked out, we were given plenty of tips for travel & food in the local area and her general help and kindliness was much appreciated. The apartment is located in a great area, roughly a 25 minute walk to the train station which gets you to the beach in 15 minutes and the centre of Rome in 30 minutes which is great. There were a great selection of bakeries, restaurants and ice cream shops in the surrounding area and we found it very easy to locate a great quality gym as well! The apartment was lovely and spacious for me and my brother and if we were ever thinking of coming to Rome again we most definitely would want to come back to stay here! The value for money for the apartment, the location, and the service from Anna Maria and Simone is exceptional!

This was our first time in Rome and we could have not selected a better place to stay. Everything was as described, Raffaella was a great host and provided excellent recommendations. Trevi Fountain right outside the window!!!

Our stay at Federico’s place was so lovely! Federico showed us the whole apartment and how everything worked at check in and we felt right at home right away. The view is amazing and the apartment is extremely spacious. We hope to stay again!

Paolo und Claudio sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation und Check-in war einfach. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles, was man benötigt. Der private und ruhige Balkon ist sehr einladend. Um Rom zu erkunden war es eine gute Entscheidung hier paar Tage zu verbringen. Wir haben uns sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter. Danke Paolo und Claudio.

Where to even start. If I could give 10 stars I would because they deserve every one. Our second day in Rome we lost our passports, wallet, and a phone in a taxi. Sonia’s mother helped us file a police report, track down the taxi driver, and retrieve our passports the next day all while translating and navigating for us. We were SO grateful for her and Sonia! The place was also very nice and looked just like the pictures. It was very clean, there was AC in the bedroom, and close to the bus to get into Rome. This was our first time in a foreign country and we could not have chosen a better location to stay. I would recommend Sonia’s house every day of the week!

Un’esperienza unica! L’appartamento è semplicemente meraviglioso: pulitissimo, accogliente e attrezzato con tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno — e anche di più. La cura con cui Luca ha preparato ogni dettaglio è davvero unica. Abbiamo trovato una vasta scelta per la colazione, spazzolino e dentifricio in caso di dimenticanze, e persino due cavi multi-uscita per ricaricare qualsiasi dispositivo. Un’attenzione che fa la differenza: le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano non solo puliti, ma anche profumatissimi, cosa per nulla scontata! Per non parlare della vista sul lago di Nemi: semplicemente incantevole. Un panorama che da solo vale il soggiorno, perfetto per rilassarsi e staccare dal caos della città. Infine, Luca è stato un host eccezionale: disponibilissimo, attento e generoso di consigli preziosi che ci hanno permesso di scoprire il meglio della zona. Una vera guida turistica! Consigliatissimo. Si percepisce chiaramente quanta passione ci sia dietro: torneremo sicuramente!

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cet agréable logement . Simonetta et Tonino nous ont accueilli chaleureusement. Nous avons eu quelques bons conseils concernant le quartier et les visites à Rome. Ils ont été disponibles et serviables. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

An unforgettable Roman stay with unbeatable views! This apartment was such a hidden gem! The location couldn’t be more perfect just steps away from the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, and so many must see sights. Waking up to the views of ancient Rome from the balcony felt unreal ! Francesca was incredibly accommodating, helping with flexible check-in and offering useful info about the area. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and full of charm a great mix of historic character and modern comfort. We especially appreciated the strong WiFi, comfy bed, and fully equipped kitchen. Would absolutely stay here again. If you’re coming to Rome and want to feel immersed in its beauty and history, this is the spot!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2025.The location is central to everything and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The large outdoor patio was a great spot to rest and relax at the end of a busy walking day. The beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean. The hosts were very flexible in allowing us to store our luggage a few hours before check in time. We would definitely stay here again should we visit Rome !

Fabio was very responsive, and the place was wonderful. it truly felt like home. We had a comfortable stay, and the location is conveniently close to the metro. One of the highlights was discovering a local shoemaker just downstairs, to the right of the door. He crafts genuine Italian leather shoes and is an incredible person with a kind, sincere heart. We bought beautiful handmade shoes from him, and it was a joy to support such dedicated local craftsmanship. Thank you to everyone, and especially to Fabio. Ottimo appartamento moderno e rifinito con tutte le comodita'. Un grande balcone, cucina completa, letto molto confortevole, ed una zona centrale ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa in una strada residenziale con buone possibilita' di parcheggio libero, che a Roma e' abbastanza raro. Da ex residente di Roma, questo appartamento e' un compromesso ideale come posizione ed efficenza, sembra di stare a casa.

E' stato un soggiorno confortevole l'appartamento e' dotato di tutto e Sara disponibile e presente. Abbiamo solo creato un disguido chiudendo la porta d'ingresso sbadatamente e lasciando le chiavi all'interno.. non era più possibile rientrare ci dispiace
