Apartment is immaculate. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, from preparing meals (kitchen super well-stocked, for instance) to doing the laundry. Building is quiet in residential area. Easy parking just outside at all hours. Fast, reliable internet. Owner is friendly and communicates promptly. Would happily come back.

It’s a beautiful apartment with a proactive hosting team. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and rooms are nicely furnished. We reported some issue late night, and it was fixed right next day during the hours that we were out. We would stay here again next time we go to Rome. I highly recommend this apartment.

I'm an architect designer and I pay attention in details. This place is amazing because it is quiet and extremely cozy. Everything is perfectly set to make unforgettable this experience and the bed is so comfortable that you sleep like a babe. On top of this Lucia is super kind and nice and she made me feel welcome immediately. My experience was perfect. The area was quiet and equipped with all the necessary services (bar, supermarket, restaurants, bus stop, etc.). The apartment is very nice, very clean and easy to find. The terrace is very spacious and comfortable. Monia was fantastic: despite my short notice, she managed to get me to check in at the time that suited me, she made breakfast available and was flexible for my check-out. And in any case, he was available to help me with anything. I hope I still have the opportunity to stay there again!

Me and my brother stayed here for 4 nights and it’s safe to say that we were thrilled with our experience. Anna Maria was friendly and helpful from the second we made the booking until the second we checked out, we were given plenty of tips for travel & food in the local area and her general help and kindliness was much appreciated. The apartment is located in a great area, roughly a 25 minute walk to the train station which gets you to the beach in 15 minutes and the centre of Rome in 30 minutes which is great. There were a great selection of bakeries, restaurants and ice cream shops in the surrounding area and we found it very easy to locate a great quality gym as well! The apartment was lovely and spacious for me and my brother and if we were ever thinking of coming to Rome again we most definitely would want to come back to stay here! The value for money for the apartment, the location, and the service from Anna Maria and Simone is exceptional!

Our stay at Federico’s place was so lovely! Federico showed us the whole apartment and how everything worked at check in and we felt right at home right away. The view is amazing and the apartment is extremely spacious. We hope to stay again!

Where to even start. If I could give 10 stars I would because they deserve every one. Our second day in Rome we lost our passports, wallet, and a phone in a taxi. Sonia’s mother helped us file a police report, track down the taxi driver, and retrieve our passports the next day all while translating and navigating for us. We were SO grateful for her and Sonia! The place was also very nice and looked just like the pictures. It was very clean, there was AC in the bedroom, and close to the bus to get into Rome. This was our first time in a foreign country and we could not have chosen a better location to stay. I would recommend Sonia’s house every day of the week!

A unique experience! The apartment is simply wonderful: very clean, cosy and equipped with everything you could need — and even more. The care with which Luca has prepared every detail is truly unique. We found a wide selection for breakfast, toothbrush and toothpaste in case of forgetfulness, and even two multi-output cables to recharge any device. An attention that makes the difference: the sheets and towels were not only clean, but also very fragrant, which is not at all obvious! Not to mention the view of Lake Nemi: simply enchanting. A panorama that alone is worth the stay, perfect for relaxing and getting away from the chaos of the city. Finally, Luca was an exceptional host: very helpful, attentive and generous with valuable advice that allowed us to discover the best of the area. A real tour guide! Highly recommended. You can clearly see how much passion there is behind it: we will definitely be back!

An unforgettable Roman stay with unbeatable views! This apartment was such a hidden gem! The location couldn’t be more perfect just steps away from the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, and so many must see sights. Waking up to the views of ancient Rome from the balcony felt unreal ! Francesca was incredibly accommodating, helping with flexible check-in and offering useful info about the area. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and full of charm a great mix of historic character and modern comfort. We especially appreciated the strong WiFi, comfy bed, and fully equipped kitchen. Would absolutely stay here again. If you’re coming to Rome and want to feel immersed in its beauty and history, this is the spot!

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place! The apartment was perfect in every way. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately get settled and begin relaxing in the outdoor space (with sweeping views of the city). The multiple seating areas were excellent, and we loved taking advantage of the hot tub. Such an awesome way to relax after sightseeing all day. The indoor spaces were also very comfortable and functional. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen were great for our needs. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and more. Highly recommend this place for a couple, family, or even a single traveler. We hope to return!

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2025.The location is central to everything and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The large outdoor patio was a great spot to rest and relax at the end of a busy walking day. The beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean. The hosts were very flexible in allowing us to store our luggage a few hours before check in time. We would definitely stay here again should we visit Rome !

Fabio was very responsive, and the place was wonderful. it truly felt like home. We had a comfortable stay, and the location is conveniently close to the metro. One of the highlights was discovering a local shoemaker just downstairs, to the right of the door. He crafts genuine Italian leather shoes and is an incredible person with a kind, sincere heart. We bought beautiful handmade shoes from him, and it was a joy to support such dedicated local craftsmanship. Thank you to everyone, and especially to Fabio. Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.
