Bedroom 1 has a super-king and bedroom 2 has 2 double-bunk beds: luxury as singles or great for up to 4 kids. The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.

Our chalet is situated in a quiet area (private way) with a panoramic view on the mountains.We are 2km from the center and the lifts but 2 free buses are 3 minutes walk from home.
