Holiday rentals with a sauna in Morzine

Beautiful chalet in the heart of Morzine. Ideal location, very comfortable. And we really appreciated the soundproofing of the accommodation which is nevertheless in the heart of the very lively street. We'll be happy to go back!

This was our 2nd trip to Sebastiens chalet and I’m sure it won’t be our last. The chalet is furnished to a high standard, spotlessly clean and spacious. Having the choice of skiing both in Abondance (excellent ski school) and Chatel pleased the various ski abilities of the group. The kitchen was a chefs kitchen with all the equipment that you would need with a fabulous open planned dining / kitchen area which was really sociable. A quiet place to rest a little and wake up to the birds singing. We had breakfast, with local products, on the terrace that offers a beautiful view where the sun rises. Stéphane is available, friendly and makes himself available for every need. The house is equipped with everything you need. The garden is huge and fenced: our dog had a lot of fun in complete safety and also played with Stéphane's two little daughters. The sauna was the icing on the cake. In fact, it was a good experience; we would go back.

Pleasant stay, residence with diversified and luxury infrastructures, in a peaceful setting. The view is really nice. Very nice apartment, the bedding is of quality. The proximity to the center of Chamonix is perfect. Feel free to take the bikes to make it easier to get back and forth. Only negative point: poor sound insulation with the neighbors and the landing, maybe it was the neighbors above and below that we had during our stay...

very functional, welcoming and warm accommodation. The spaces are very well distributed which allowed 3 generations to have a pleasant stay without bothering each other. nothing is missing, everything is perfect.

Thank you for the lovely holiday! The accommodation is really exactly as described and in very good condition. Everything is new, modern and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped, even a fondue is available. The spa area is the absolute highlight. A really very large whirlpool and a nice little sauna in an extra room can be used completely privately for 90 minutes a day. The location between Lake Geneva and the mountains really offers many possibilities. The hostess is very nice and is always easy to reach. You can tell that she puts a lot of passion and time into the apartment. Overall, a really very good price-performance ratio!

We had a great time with our 3-year-old son. The apartment is fully equipped, very beautiful and very clean with an incredible view! Charles advised us on everything (activities, restaurants, transport, etc.) without even having to ask; whether before or during the stay. The advice is clear and precise and it saved us time and allowed us to enjoy our holidays with peace of mind. The accommodation is equipped with children's toys, which our son really enjoyed. The pool with the wellness area is, without a doubt, a plus. This is an address that we retain for a future stay.

spacious and very bright apartment. We were able to have breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the very good exposure. For a stay at the end of May, the residence was very quiet, really peaceful place, really great landscaping! We were also able to enjoy the pool and spa after our beautiful hikes.

It was a lovely chalet with beautiful views of Mont Blanc. The accomodation was beautiful and well equipped with all the things needed for the families on a holiday! Beautifully decorated! The swimming pool and hot tub were very useful and family friendly. There was also a kids play area in the campus! Would love to visit again

Eos is an excellent place to stay when wanting to enjoy The Grand Massif ski area. It is ski in and out which makes it an ideal place to stay. The apartment is great and felt so homely. The fact that it had two bathrooms is excellent when you have two teenagers. The gym and pool are a lovely extra after a busy day skiing. We can’t wait to head back to the apartment and the area again. We walked every evening to gorgeous restaurants and bars. Also we were able to shop locally and eat in to keep costs down.

Steven is a great host! Very flexible and very helpful! The location of the property is great for the proximity to the ski lift. If you need to go to Megeve center a lot I would recommend a car. Steven’s property provides a parking spot that you can access directly by the elevator - super convenient! The flat is very well decorated and the kitchen is very well equipped!

Alessandro’s condo in Chamonix was absolutely spectacular. It doesn’t get much than Chamonix. I like the fact that his condo isn’t located in the center of town but a few miles away and less crowded. The condo has breathtaking views of Mount Blanc and surrounding mountains. Definitely recommend the gondola ride up to Aguille-du-midi. We plan to return here again next summer and hope to stay for several weeks. Thank you, Alessandro, for hosting us!

We had a wonderful stay. Our stay was during the very 'low season' (end of May to early June) so the summer lifts hadn't opened but we still found plenty to do and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. The walk down into Morzine was lovely. We would love to return in the future.

The place is beautiful, really well equipped, from the kitchen , to the working space. The rooms all beds are very comfy and right amount of pillows as well. Just keep in mind signal is very weak to none inside the apartment , but the wifi works really good. Area is very calm and really well located, the lifts where 5 mins walking and ESF too which was very convenient for us . We loved our stayed .

We had a great time in Avignon! Chamonix centre accessible on foot by paths, residence with beautiful amenities, superb apartment and easy entry thanks to the key box. Thank you again!

it's a place in good fantastic season. the vision of the lake every day is a living picture. Swim there without a wow crowd. 2 good restaurants. the famous nets of perch of the lake, with a view of a treat. small town where it's nice to stay. there are lots of beautiful discoveries around the France or Switzerland side.

Words can’t even begin to describe how pleased my group and I were with this place. The chalet was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than we imagined. With a group of 8, it was the perfect fit for our trip to Chamonix Mont Blanc. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views were breathtaking. Norbert was an outstanding host—super responsive, accommodating, and made our stay seamless from start to finish. He even went above and beyond to accommodate our private chef, who arrived early on the first day to prepare a welcome dinner before we got there. That level of service truly set the tone for an incredible stay. Also, just a heads up: the pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to the area. We’re already talking about coming back!

It was everything and more 😊 A very warm and above-and-beyond host. Was a treat to live in such a cosy but spacious Chalet, while in Chamonix ⛷️

Fully equipped chalet, 20 minutes walk from the Vercland ski lift and a few restaurants. The place is quiet is magical when there is snow (probably very good without snow but we had snow from having a snowy Christmas)!

We came to stay for my husbands 60th birthday with our four adult children and their partners. It was important that we all had en-suite rooms and luxurious communal areas to eat and socialise. We also wanted a hot tub and sauna. This was a big ask with a big group, however the chalet was perfect for our celebration and just as described. The hosts were organised, helpful and were there if we needed to ask a question. We were self sufficient as we have stayed and skied in the Portes du Soleil many times, the only slight disappointment was that despite being advised that a driver would be available if needed, when we asked for a lift back from Avoriaz one evening, the request could not be met and the advice was not very helpful, however this was at short notice and did not spoil our enjoyment of this beautiful place. Superb Chalet in a very quite area, but not secluded. Very cosy, furbished with taste and we really enjoyed the sauna after a day's skiing. :)

An amazing chalet, we had such a great time! Only a few minutes walk into town and to the main gondola up to Avoriaz. The chalet itself was stunning, the hot tub and sauna were very welcome after a hard day skiing!
