Mysig stuga i två våningar. Sovrum uppe. Kök, badrum och tvhörna nere. Varsamt renoverat med naturmaterial. Lerklinade väggar som målats med äggoljetempera. Platsbyggda skåp och hyllor. Badrum helkaklat och traditionellt modernt dock. Stora grönytor och parkering precis utanför. De tjocka väggarna i huset gör att det blir ganska tyst trots motorvägen två km bort. Hallandslängan bredvid byggdes 1899 och er värd bor här permanent. Gäststugan byggdes 1965 och det sägs att man födde upp tuppar här!

Välkomna att övernatta i gårdens äldsta bostad. Lägenheten är övriga året en friskvårdslokal för massage och coaching. Inredningen är lugn och harmonisk. Enkelt boende för 2personer. Ta morgonkaffet på altanen och njut av hönsens kuttrande utanför. Karlsagård ligger utanför Glommen och du har 2km till närmaste strand och naturreservat. På gården finns en gårdsbutik med våra egna förädlingar av ekologisk odling. Dubbelsängen är bäddad när ni checkar in och städning ingår❤️
