Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss und ist ca. 65m2 groß. Ihre Unterkunft ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und Küche, sowie ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Dusche / Badewanne und einer Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon. Hinter dem Haus ist ein ruhiger Garten mit einer Grillstelle.

Im Dezember bis Ende Februar liegt das Hausboot, wie auf dem ersten beiden Bildern zu sehen ist im Hafenbecken. Einzigartige Unterkunft an der Mosel. Das Hausboot liegt am Außenkai, mit einem direkten Blick aufs Wasser. Von der Sonne verwöhnt den ganzen Tag. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.

Haustiere haben wir ausgeschlossen aber Hunde sind erlaubt und willkommen, Die Wohnung liegt wenige Meter vom Nationalpark Hunsrück-Hochwald entfernt und sehr nahe am Erbeskopf und an Idar-Oberstein. Restaurants, eine Bäckerei, eine Metzgerei und Supermärkte sind von der Wohnung per Automobil schnell erreichbar.
