The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

From Medard, hiking sports, canoeing and draisine rides are possible. Our spacious non-smoking apartment can accommodate 1-3 people. Beautiful apartment in the countryside with outdoor terrace. Very quiet location on the outskirts. We have excluded pets but dogs are allowed and welcome, The apartment is a few meters from the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park and very close to Erbeskopf and Idar-Oberstein. Restaurants, a bakery, a butcher and supermarkets are quickly accessible from the apartment by car.
